I was shocked when when I arrived home from work a personal letter was pushed through my gate bars with no envelope....this was a letter from the sheriff and was eft just like that through my gate bars, my question is how can you guys do something like this without a envelope....so anyone could have had a look at that letter and put it back! This is absolutely unprofessional and you guys supposed to be using the POPI ACT which is protection of personal information. I'm am very shocked and dissatisfied with your services.
What a horrible experience....I picked up a t-shirt that was marked 50% off and brought down to R140...when I got to the counter they say it's the wrong price and it's R210...I spoke to the manager of truworths springs mall and she said there is nothing she can do about this, she will rectify the price. I asked if I can cr the t-shirt at that marked down price of R140 because it was on there already a she said no. Very shocked and dissatisfied with truworths springs mall.
I had ordered two happy meals and one crispy chicken burger from MC Donald's Westcliff in chatsworth. When it arrived I was so disappointed and my kids were so upset because there was no toy in the happy meal. I only order MC donalds for my kids because of the toy in the happy meal.
I had picked up all my good for purchase in the store and made may way to the teller when normally there are two lines for the two different tellers so I waited on the second line which I was the only one and to my amazement, the teller had finished with her customer and the next customer walked up to her, she could not even tell the customer that I was waiting in line for her or atleast tell me that I should join the first Line,yet both teller saw me standing there. There's no customer service what's so ever at the sheet street springs mall.q
I was very impressed with the service from Unishaun, they assisted me from booking a removal all the way through to delivery, their customer service is on point and communication is done very well. I received all my goods in perfect condition, the driver and assistance handled my things with greatest amount of care. Very professional company, I would recommend them for your next move. My car was recently reposessed by mfc due to me not being able to pay only because I work for south african airways and SAA is currently still not currently flying at the moment. When my car was repossessed I had the worst experience with one consultant named Bronwyn that handled my case. She didn't contact me and let me know what's happening, she was so rude and had no customer service what so ever that she actually told me that I have no communication skills....she huffed and puffed each and every time I called and she made me feel like I just decided to not pay my car premium because I can. Even the lady named esther who also works in the same place didn't get back to me with calls and was not helpful at all....when I finally got to paying the money to get the car back and I got to the auction warehouse to pick the car up, Bronwyn did not even communicate to the relevant people to make them aware I was on my way to picking the car up, 30minutes later then someone comes to attend to me....no one knew what they where doing. Even as I type this I have come to know when I called mfc to clarify when my debit was going off I was told that I'm still owing R1069 for storage costs and handling fees and tax....I had paid what Bronwyn has asked me to pay and I got the car back, now this lady tells me that they miscalculated. How is it that a big company like this employs idiots with no brains to actually miscalculate. I refuse to pay this because Bronwyn should have done her job properly and then released the car...I am still not even getting paid and I borrowed money to get that car back. I'm really really disappointed and shocked at such appalling service from such a big company such as mfc .
I went today to fnb on 5th Avenue in springs to collect my premier cheque card that I was approved for... When I got there I was given a ticket which was number and gave me an approximate time to wait... Which was 31 minutes, I waited 45minutes to get called. The staff there was not interested, they called customers when they felt like and no one seemed to be bothered about urgency and the integrity of their job and the bank name and brand. When I got called a Landy by the name of ntombi assisted me but she failed to ask me to open the envelope and sign the back of the card, she also didn't tell me anything about this account like what benefit I have and what I can do with it. I even asked for a letter for my HR to send my salary to and she didn't even do that. Very shocked and disappointed with fnb I hope something gets done before people start changing banks.
So I went into mtn at bonaero park shopping complex friday and I wanted to find out if I qualify for a second contract. As me and my family walked in we were greeted by a consultant named DENEY. I asked him the relavant questions and he got onto his computer and checked if I was qualified for a second contract and it came back positive and told me how much I qualify for but the phone that I wanted was a tad bit higher and he told me that we could try for that one and if it was declined then we would go for my second option. So he informed me that it would be ready by the next day and I would get a call from him to fetch the phone. The next day saturday I waited and I got no call so I went in towards the afternoon.... I get there and then he says that the application came back because of my banking details.... To my astonishment he had not done his job by checking all the details correctly including my bank details which needed updating.... And he assumed that I was paying cash for a contract that is being debited from my account. So he updated the banking details and told me that he will let me know by calling me and told me that they were closing at 3pm so I told him IL come in about an hour before.... So I went back to them at 2.30pm and they were closed. So the next day Sunday I called him and asked him what happened and he said no they closed because of suspicious activity around the shop thats why there manager BRENDON told them that they must close early.... Now while I was there on Saturday Brendon was playing tricks on the the people that were walking by the shop by having a hidden Bluetooth speaker and tricking people as they walked pass by making **** sound, laughing sounds and other sounds that would make people shocked and concerned where it's coming from.... Deney and Brendon laughed at this as people walked by and it was being controlled by Brendon the manager on his phone. So back to my story on Sunday when I called to ask him what happened he said to me that he told me he will get back to me which he never did.... I asked him about his customer service s****s about getting back to the customer and he didn't quiet have a valid explanation to me but said he will get back to me. So two minutes later I get a call from him telling me that mtn declined my contract due to credibility from credit beauru.... I asked him if the whole contract was declined and he said yes.... To my amazement I'm wondering how could this be because I don't have accounts and credit cards but he says this to me. I then recently did a online application to vodcom and my phone was delivered to my door step.... Credit vetting was done online on a Sunday even and I didn't have a problem. I have had the similar issue with another Indian guy that works in festival mall mtn who told me he will get back to me and I'm still waiting..... And yet I have the phone that I wanted with ease, convience and efficiently too. So mtn my question to you is how many more people is this happening to and how much money are yourll losing with sales consultants like this? P. S I have call recording of this conversation with deney.
I've been sitting at the drive through of KFC opposite Woodbridge square kempton park for about an hour waiting to place and get my order. Kagugelo the lady that supposed to take my order didn't and told me I should go to the last window... When she took the guys order right behind me. The. When I get to the pay window the next lady takes the order but doesn't know her product knowledge because she couldn't give me prices for chickizza or the meal after demanding a price she takes out a sales receipt and calculates by hand how much each meal would cost... She tell me the price R76. 90 when I am about to give her the money she tellz me the price is actually R86. 90 she calculated wrong. Then when we get to pick up the meal the guy Abel gives me the box on its own with out a packet or cover... The. When I asked him it came across like it was an issue... He further then fogot to give me my water that I orderd with the meal and I had to wait another 20minutes for that to be given to me. How is this happening at a international francise. This is pathetic.
I'm currently sitting in panarottis pizza festival mall and I got the worst service from a waiter named Christina... Firstly my wife asked her to come back to place her order whilst mine get ready... She did not even bother to come back and check on my pregnant wife.. Secondly she never bothered to check on us during the meals he just put the meal down and went out at the entrance chatting away to her colleagues. I called the manager abs she too didn't attend to me. I'm shocked at such terrible service from panarottis.
