I would like to say thank you to Gift Mthimkhulu working at Makro Crown Mines, he made sure I get the Samsung T50 speaker he looked for it even after closing time. I had bad experiences with Makro in the past but now I'm a very happy customer. His work ethic and friendliness. Samsung and Makro he is definitely a keeper.
First time going to roco mamas melrose arch and now its my favorite spot. Best of the best. Came yesterday late looking for the ribs and wing special and they were closed and I came back today they still remembered me, even our waiter Lesiba remembered me and welcomed me back with kindness and a great smile and said I surely came early today lol
I would like to appreciate Tshepiso Marema for such a great service that I got looking for my Nissan car parts. He is a very dedicated, friendly and a helpful person. Thee best!
I love my pedros chicken but didn't enjoy nothing due to a very rude waiter. Yes we live in squatter camps but we don't deserve such treatment where we use our own money to buy. On the 18/03/2023 at 17:24 I bought food with my cousin and Katlego the cashier said sitting in section is closed but we were told to sit in but pointed to tables near the entrance and said we won't be served but will be given plates to eat. When we got our food a lady who was organising sauces told be sauces were closed and we won't even get a plate and even said let's wait for the cashier that said I was allowed to get a plate. She then added that she has wiped the sauces for tomorrow and if she gives me I MUST make sure I clean it. Her name was snovulwano (couldn't see it right). She was so rude and it's not the first time getting a bad service at pedros other day I was denied a plate and told there is no water if they give me they won't be able to clean it even water came back but today it was worse. Even when she was like that towards me another cashier and waiter didn't even come to my aid. It's normal to give customers attitude at Pedros Alexandra.
I had the most devastating customer service after they sold me a bed and now I have a bed with a broken base after 2 days of buying it. When I went there they gave me attitude and were so rude saying I must wait 14-21 working days but where would I sleep the bed would be worse since I had also removed the plastic covering the base. Luyanda who was the sales person didn't even let me know of the product not good for plus size people. He said the bed would be best for me. The managers not exchanging for me. They should just give me my money back
I went to Makro Woodmead yesterday morning to get the sunlight 5kg for R100. When I got there the was nothing on the shelves I asked a guy and a lady to assist me to get any available stock I waited there as they checked. A group of ladies joined us also looking for the same thing. I was told there is no stock all of it was finished yesterday. I continued shopping I took 9x 2kg sunlight washing powder and 6x 3kg surf they were on promotion for 2 for 145 and other items. When I got to the till the ladies that came after me had the 5kg sunlight washing powder but I didn't I even asked them if stock is available they said no. I wondered if some Makro Woodmead workers set aside promotional stock for people they know since I got there first and people that came in the store after me got the items. It's so unfair and it left me devastated. Secondly to add salt into the wound when I got home I noticed I was charged R508.50 for 6x 3kg surf instead of R435 (145 for 2) and the sodaT coldrinks I was charged R10.99 instead of R7.99. I went to Makro Woodmead happy came back disappointed.
I would like to thank Rethabile Aphane for helping me with my claim after i had an accident . I was stressed during the time but she was very patient and friendly and explained everything so i can understand. My claim was very quick and stress-free. Thank you!

I had to complement the service i got from Ackermans Alexandra at Alex Plaza on the 20th of January 2022. I was assisted by a lady wearing all black(she could be a temp) i think her name is Sane. She was so nice and helpful and greeted everyone asking if they needed assistance and she was also sweeping. I was happy to be assisted by her as i bought myself a Xiami Redmi phone. she was multi tasking and showed dedication and so much love for her job. She is a keeper!
I am happy to announce that Rain sent a technician named Prince Cele to assist with my 'no internet' issue and he did assist me and gave me the 'Plug and Play' experience rain always promises. My internet connection is super and i would recommend people to use it.
