Thank you to Siphesihle Mthethwa who has made my life easy. From finding the best insurance to advising on other needs for my vehicle. I would highly recommend them
If there was Zero rating I would give this company that. Horrible service. I placed an order online and it was meant to be delivered on the 04th of July. I did not get a call or confirmation about this delivery - so emailed to track. Khensani told me that their delivery company said the order had been delivered, and even sent me evidence. I stated that this was not true and courier was lying. At some point the courier confirmed that they had made an error. Since then I have been trying to arrange delivery of this order. Courier company keeps lying saying they have called me while I have not received any calls from them. I have been assisted by two other agents including someone on Twitter and still nothing. I have now had to cancel this order. I honestly cannot believe how bad their service is. This was the first and last time ordering from them. The worst part about this is the fact that they do not bother calling you to update you - you must chase them up to find out where your order is.
By far thee worst service I have ever received from them. I placed an order for a box of contact lenses, they accepted and a few days later I received an email telling me that the supplier does not have stock. The email said my order will only get delivered in 6 weeks. I asked for a refund, they promised to give me trials in the interim. Days later when I was waiting for these trials to be delivered, I was told I needed to pay R100 for delivery. This frustrated me as I am now incurring more cost, and this issue isnt my fault. Anyways, I still have not received my box of contact lenses, or the trials I was promised. They do not reply to emails, and will not even bother calling you to give you an update.
I recently rented a vehicle from Tempest/ Europcar. When I picked it up I realised that the vehicle had not been filled up (petrol). I took pictures and shared these with them. I also shared this with the OR Tambo Branch when i returned the vehicle. To date, they have ignored me on this. This is annoying because if the table were turned and i had returned a vehicle that is not full, i would have been charged. I have sent several emails and have had no help. Horrible service and will definetly not be using them again.
Recently interacted with Eldo and was very impressed by their prompt and efficient service.
I have had my contract with MTN for over 4 years, I upgraded after the first 24 months and didn't take a new device. Since I had not lost my job last year, I decided not to upgrade, as I was not going to be able to afford it. Since then I have continued to pay for my account through the paygate option via MyMTN app. However, I have a lot of issues which seem very fraudulent to me - None of the payments I have made have reflected on the invoices I have received - the amount that I owe keeps increasing, even though I have ensure that my payments are made even though at times its been late, - I have sent proof of payments to MTN agents who have been useless This has resulted in my account being suspended and I am now told I owe over R2 000. This does not make sense. The latest story I have received from the agents is that I am now being charged a month to month fee, which I have previously queried and told that is not the case.
I recently settled my account with MBD using the credit card link that had been provided. After doing that I called to try and notify them but had no success. On the 25th the debit order still went through making the total amount paid more than what was owed. When i called to enquire about this last week, I was put on at least 3 different consultant and told that I needed to email queries@mbd. I told them that I had done that already and had not received a response but the person i spoke to told me that they are busy and that it probably why they have not responded. Its been over a week and I still haven't 1) Received settlement letter 2) acknowledgement of any of my payments which is frustrating.
on the 7th of October 2015, I was hijacked from my place of residence. The claim was lodged through broker to Hollard who is my insurer and after a month they got back to me with what was an unfair settlement. The settlement breakdown, has left me out of pocket and was calculated in a way that does not make sense. I have had my broker chase this up with no luck and have also personally followed up with their senior claims manager who just told me that the settlement is correct and did not even try and explain it to me. I had taken credit shortfall with Hollard but I am now left with a debt of over R11 000 that I need to pay to the financier. Its been over a month and my car is not settled and I have lost the courtesy car and have had to take taxi's. I have now signed the agreement of loss not because I agree but because I feel I am in a corner. I have paid for shortfall but above everything else Hollard has not been clear on how this has been applied. <br> I am utterly disgusted by the service I have received in my own dealings with them and will be canceling all my other covers. Its sad that after the ordeal I had I now have to deal with financial problems I thought i was covered for
just want to say thanks to the Branch Manager of Standard Bank Kingsmead along with his service consultant for resolving my query with such professionalism. For once I walked away from Standard bank with a smile on my face due to the service that I had received. This was appreciated :) Keep up the good work
3 months ago, NuDebt acting on behalf of SABC sent me a deal around paying off my outstanding SABC Tv license balance. I agreed to 3 months debit order, I paid it up and got the letter that confirms that. After having done all of that, their callcentre still called me to say I need to pay and I have repeatedly said I have paid. This month, I got charged about R168, for what? I do not know. To top it all I got a letter from SABC telling me that I owe over R2000. And whilst they do not respond to my emails, today I got another letter saying I owe R1997. I no longer have the TV and all i wanted was to settle the debt and move on. I have emailed (both SABC and NuDebt) and no one has responded, I am beyond unhappy and feel that this will give me a bad record even though I have fulfilled my end of the deal.
