I am disappointed in african bank service, I app**** for a loan on the 28 and the status has been sitting on in review since Friday. I have been calling to get feedback and today I was told it will be finalised by 11 which is not. I can even call but tolled to sms call to 30963 but haven't received a call
I am really disappointed with Skynet, my parcel was out for delivery on the 28th and I was home the whole day and the parcel was not delivered. Aby visitor needs to get an entary code to access the complex and no driver called me.When I track the parcel this morning it shows that the consignee was not available which is a lie. I urgently need the parcel before the 1st.
My personal loan was settled on the 16th, the funds reflected on the 19th. On the 22nd Nedbank changed interest and admin fees. I called the call center on the 26th and was told I needed to call after settling the account so that it can be closed. I asked for the account to be closed buy on the 1st of March interest and assurance fees were charged again. Nedbank is really *****ing money from the poor
On the 17th of January my aunt was transferred from Alexandra clinic to edenvale hospital. The staff that were there during the day at the casualty department from the porters, nurses and doctors they were so professional, helpful and friendly. Every one was praising them. I placed an order on the 23rd of February (order no ********** 28) and the delivery was going to be between the 28th of February and 2nd of March. I called on the 28th regarding the delivery as I needed the order to be delivered during a specific time. I was told the order was going to be delivered on the 1st of March and I asked if can be delivered by 2pm and they Sayed if it's not delivered by 2pm they will deliver 1st thing in the morning on the 2nd of March. Today around 9am I called and that the order be delivered before 2pm as I won't be home after that, the call centre agent told me that he was going to let the courier company know and get back to me but she didn't get back to me as promised. I called again at 1:45pm to cancel the order as the order wouldn't be delivered by 2pm and I am going away for 3 weeks. The call centre agent after telling her that I want to cancel the order put me on hold and she eventually cut the call. I am disappointed at Zando for the way they handled this.
I bought a Hisense U962 phone from Ackermans Mall of Africa on the 30th of August 2017 on receipt 1429- ********** 8362, the phone started giving me problems and I took it back for repairs at Ackermans Forest hill on the 27th of September 2017, I was promised an lead time of 21 days for repairs from 3G mobile as they were the ones going to fix the phone. On the 24th of October I was at Forest Hill mall and decided to go check the progress of the phone and I was shocked when they told me that the phone is still at the shop and that 3G Mobile hasn't come and collected the phone. The lady that 1st helped me when I took the phone for repairs has been transferred to another branch and Dorcus assisted me. She filled in a new form for 3G mobile so they can come and collect the phone for repairs. A month passed and I went back to Ackermans for a follow up and I was told that 3G mobile returned the phone as they said they are not ones that will be fixing the one. Dorcus tried calling the other service provider that must fix the phone and she would not get through as there was problems with their phones. I ended up giving Dorcus my phone to use to call them and could not give her an ETA on when the phone be back. It has now been 3 months and 2 weeks since I took my phone back and still haven't received any call for a feedback and I have since bought another phone. I am really disappointed in the after service from Ackermans. The phone serial number is ********** ********** 9. I have now stopped going to the store for updates as I keep wasting my time and petrol going there for nothing.
Excellent service and speedy delivery on my order number 3483. I will most definitely buy fom them in future.
I have contract with Mix telematics (Beamie) and want to update my details with them, I have called 3 different numbers ********** 000, ********** 090 and ********** 631 and there is no answer. I was on the call for 5 minutes with all these numbers hoping that someone will answer but the was no answer. I wonder what will happen when my car is stolen and i really need to report this to them and there is no reply from them. Mix telematics (Beamie) needs to improve the quality of their service.
Vodacom is stealing our data. I loaded 1GB on the 15th and today is finished. I dont use my data that much. This is day light robbery. When I try to call the call center the line is always busy.
<p>I ordered some items from Mr price online on the 4th of July and i choose Express stores delivery, the ETA was 3-4 days but i still haven"t received my order as yet. I called on the 10th to enquire and i was told my ordered was delayed due to the store being an outline area. Their warehouse is in Midrand and the store i choose for delivey is in Centurion, how can this be an outline area. The lady that i spoke to promised that they will delie my order on the 10th but nothing was delivered. My ordered is being treated like an economy order and i wonder if they will refund me for the delivery charges. i am so dissapointed in Mr price :(:(:(</p>
