The WORST! you wait for collection, the driver claims failure to collect because "parcel was not ready", that time they never made it to your place. Waited for weeks, to this point im still waiting since beginning of Dec, its the 22nd today. Then there this call centre stre$$, i have been on hold more than 8 times in one week, 4 of those times im number 100 or more, i hold, after a while i am attended then the pandemic happens, of the consultant hanging up and pretending its a network issue, then you have to go through the line and que again..... H3LL of courier . They made me wait for 2 weeks , morning to 5pm

Worst sellers ever. I was coerced to buying a pillow and the day i tested it my head was flat on the mattress the next day, they refused to replace it and contacted headoffice. THey played games until today where they decided to block me as i was exposing their dealings. Mattress People , Stay Away!!!! i am taking this matter further, they will not see that with me
I found a gentleman there called Cameron and a lady named Joyce, i dont know how to thank these two. I received the best turnaround times for my rim repairs claim and was guided through the process with so much patience, i thank these guys

I went to Bryanston branch to ask for a month to month virtual deal, they first trick me by sending an upgraded deal, i write to them to request changes, they change and promise discouonts, i click a link, and then i notice its a 12months contract after receiving confirmation mail. I email them, then they cant change it. Its been a two weeks of back and forth and the term has not started yet but im forced this nonense of a contract. YOU *******

For the first time in my life ever since i joined these guys i get to complain like this. I ordered a removal of unit from 1 car to the other, guess what, i was Debited R870, then R870, then R219 then R219 on the 1st of Feb . Mind you my debit order date is mid month. I am asking nicely, please give me back my MONEY ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
