I am having a horrible experience getting hold of anyone to help me. This is the worst ticketing experience of my life. I will encourage everyone to avoid using ticket pro at all costs. I will share this horrible experience across all social media.
I recently got vodacom openserve fibre… They are the absolute worst. I only have internet for a few hours a day! It keeps cutting for long periods of time. I phone and complain every day and nothing is being done. They keep saying openserve will contact me and they are working on it but nothing is changing. In the little time it is working they aren’t giving me the speed I’m paying for! According to openserve I have a 25mbps line but I’m paying for 100 with vodacom. Absolutely pathetic from both parties.

On Friday the 11th of December, the staff at Spar at Tops Ridgeway closed the door on my brother. The manager is charge that day refused to even apologize and kept defending himself saying it was not him who did it. We went to Spar on Sunday to lodge a complaint, and were told that we would be called on Monday, no call was received. My brother is currently suffering with pain due to the incident!!!
Absolutely pathetic! They closed the door on my brother, the manager refused to apologize!!! The manager kept saying it wasn’t him who closed the door instead of apologizing or resolving the solution!
I am writing this on behalf on my brother who is an MVG member. He frequently uses Sunbet and accumulates MVG points. He has not being getting any points since the 9th of June. This is a huge loss to him and he tried querying it with sunbet but the email response he got was absolutely pathetic! The person who responded to him did not sort out the issue still and stopped responding. Please can someone from Sunbet get to the bottom of this!
The person managing their twitter account is absolutely rude. They tweet all day but refuse to respond to queries and simple yes or no questions.
I ordered buffalo wings from the spur at columbine square, calling the wings extremely bland would be a compliment, they had absolutely no taste at all... Furthermore they were absolutely red inside. I have photo evidence of this. It was very off putting and disappointing.
Hi, the ocean basket at gold reef city is not up to standard with their food. Today is not the first time I have had a terrible experience their, but I ensure today will be the last as I will never return. Todays incident was not as bad as in the past but its the accumulation of issues from past experience that made me write this review I ordered half chips and half rice as my side, the chips were fine but a lot of my rice was very raw still, the grains were literally still hard, I even picked out some of them, from every bite I took I had to spit out raw rice, after about 3 bites I had given up on the rice. I did not send my food back as I already waited over 50 minutes, I just did not eat the rice. Moreover, we did not get the complementary rolls until about 40 minutes after sitting, but atleast I received rolls this time unlike my last visit where I got none, along with a terrible platter for 2, with hard fish and cold calamari. In a nutshell only go to ocean basket at gold reef city if you want to be unhappy!
