Non-stop unsolicited calling then puts the phone down when answering. I told them not to contact me with direct marketing, but they are relentless and won't stop. Very annoying and makes me hate the brand.
Great experience at the Paardeneiland branch. Well stocked, clean and properly arranged. The salesman was a pro and knew his helmets + features. Ended up with a great Shark helmet for my daughter with a smart price tag of 3300. Will shop there for biking gear from now. thanks for an awesome shopping experience.
Cosmic Comics operate like ****mers. I placed orders through their website and paid for the items, but now their website has been broken for weeks and there is no way for me to follow progress on the order. When I contact them to ask about it, they simply ignore me like I'm some piece of trash, not a client. Read others reviews. The same thing happened to me. They have my money and now they are ignoring my messages and requests for updates. I asked for a refund and even that message is being flatly ignored. Don't do business with these people. They are useless and should not be doing business in South Africa. We deserve better than what these selfish ****** are dishing up.
They get other companies to harass you with calls, even after hours, trying to sell their tracking devices, and can't seem to understand that no means NO!!!!
A few months ago I bought a used Ford Focus RS. The engine light came on at beginning of May and I took the car in for a service & checkup. It turns out the O2 sensors are faulty and a warranty claim was logged and approved, but Ford can only supply the part towards the end of June. All risk lies with me as the warranty discourages use of the vehicle as it may lead to more issues. Now what do I do? It's my only means of transport. Ford's inability to source vital parts in a timely fashion tenders my half a million rand car useless. This is truly the very last time I buy a Ford. From now it's a swear word in my vocab and they can go Ford themselves!! Useless brand in South Africa.
I've been a client of WesBank for many years, financing several assets through them, recently a car at half a mil. The service is always quick, with no extended turnaround times. At the moment I'm selling my motorbike privately, and the buyer started the process with WesBank for private financing, more than a week ago. The poor buyer keeps having to plead with me for more time as WesBank keeps making promises to provide a quote daily, yesterday guaranteeing that it would be done before close of business, but just nothing! If there's one thing I hate more than bad service, is when a company makes promises or commitments that they don't keep. Seems like ignorance is the order of the week at WesBank, or is it because it's a private sale?
I live in Cape Town and purchased a car from this dealership in Pretoria. The application was done remotely and the car was delivered to my house in less than 2 days. Megan was an absolute treasure when it came to the whole sales process, even sending me videos to be able to gauge the quality and condition of the car, with the assistance of her manager Ryno. Thank you to the whole team including Tercia in the finance department and Katlego who delivered the car safely and professionally, even offering to try and find a 24 hour carwash late in the evening. It was my 2nd purchase from Mit Mak in the last 3 years and they seem to just keep going from strength to strength! 🏆 Keep it up and see you again in a few years.
I normally fly Safair, few times a year. Today was my 1st time flying Lift and the experience was better than any previous trips I took through Safair. Complementary snacks & drinks, friendly and professional staff. I hope they grow bigger in SA because they are really good.
I've been trying to get copies of my bank statements, normally a brainless exercise, but not today it seems. 1) I first tried via the app on my phone, could open the statement, but since it's protected, cannot download it. 2) Tried the same via the web browser on PC, but in this case they won't even open and just gives a blank page, using Chrome and/or Edge. 3) Tried requesting verified statements via email 3 times already, to two different email addresses, but have not received anything. 4) Tried to download the PDF statements using the browser, and received an error: System Error: Could not retrieve Statement Document. Where can I send screenshots for further investigation? 2 Hours of my day has been consumed by this normally simple procedure, to no avail.
Taking out a new contract in store was a pleasant experience, however it was soured by an MTN agent today who called to offer insurance, despite me declining it in store. When I asked why I'm being contacted about the same product I declined yesterday, she said it's because no paperwork exists. I signed a waiver in store when I declined the insurance, so paperwork does exist. Don't lie to me and don't put the phone down in my ear again! This is your first and final warning!
