I recently made a purchase for my ill boss. I was utterly embarrassed when woolworths forgot my delivery and only delivered an item worth R20. Furthermore i paid for a delivery time. I expected my delivery to proritised the next morning but only when i called in they said the delivery is on the way and it was delivered at the end of the day . I was promised a call from the manager whom till date didn't bother to explain what happened. Today i decided to try their service once more as they are supposed to be the best in quality and service. I delivered a parcel to my boss yet again and they did not include my delivery message. They didnt even know who is was from. Woolworths does not care about their mistakes or customers. Im disgusted with the service and will no longer be using them in the future
I have been there a few times for the crayfish and they always out of stock. I was so excited to book for father's day because when i called to make a booking they assured me they had crayfish. When i arrived they say they are sold out on an occasion such as father's day. I Am utterly dissatisfied and highly annoyed with a restaurant that supposed to be a fish restaurant they have nothing to offer and ruined my lunch. The waiter was really friendly and apologetic however when they call to make sure you attending they should have the decency to inform you they don't have half the menu available.
I don't see why we should have to tick a star. We should be able to give no stars. This isn't the first time i had an issue with uber eats and I am sure it won't be the last. It is impossible to contact them and get any support. That's the most frustrating thing about the app. I am unable to use the app because the driver cancelled the order however he did deliver and i paid cash. I now cannot make any further orders as it shows i didn't pay but there isnt a single person or support that i can get from uber to hello rectify this problem. They are terrible. I use Mr D daily and their response is amazing and i haven't had a problem once.

I have been banking with Standard Bank got over 10 years. I also have a bond with them and my insurance. I have experienced the worst service imaginable and have given them countless chances to improve their service but I've had enough. About 8 years ago there was fraudulent activities on my account , they did an investigation and came back with nothing. I was unable to pick this up because they always have a problem sending me updates when money comes in or goes out of my account. And to date is has not been rectified. I still don't know how much is in any of my accounts because again I am not recieving updates. I even went into the branch where they reset the updates yet it still does not work. This masked it very easy for anybody to take out funds without the amount holder being aware. When I head insurance claims absolutely nobody was able to help me the manager could only offer me a sorry. They have no regard for their customers. I am going to move my account and bond and I maybe a small customer but when all the customers continue to receive or should I say not receive service they are going to lose many clients. Moving backwards fast should be their slogan. Its certainly not simpler better or faster. I decided to write this review after giving them a decade of chances and seeing no change.
Im absolutely appalled by the service delivery or should i say lack of delivery. They should not be called Mr delivery as they fail to deliver. I placed an order at 9.30 for over R500 and the order was accepted and due for delivery at 10.30. At 10.25 i receive a call to say they wont be delivering! I have guests at my home waiting to eat and by this time it is too late to order. This is unacceptable and all i get was sorry for the inconvenience. So how can i order food at this hour due to their incompetence!!!
I recently saw a lounge suite at UFO Springfield park. I enquired about it and ordered a white lounge suite. They said they phoned their warehouse and they had the last one and once I paid for it, it will be kept for me. I then made payment of R40 000 and they said I must inform them of when I would like it delivered. Two weeks later I asked them to deliver and I'm only informed now that it was a damaged suite which cannot be sold and the style has been discontinued. They do have the same style in a full leather for an additional cost. Am I wrong to believe that they should check their stock before accepting payment or they should of checked that the stock is in order after receiving payment. Only when I asked for delivery am I told i will now get a refund and i have lost out on other offers because I was led to believe I have my lounge suite already.
I placed an order at 18.01 and the teller told me it should take 20 minutes. At 19.01 I called back for them to apologise and say the orders on the way. At 19.40 the order arrives ice cold and the pizza stuck to the box because other boxes were piled on top. According to the debonairs promise if the dot on the box is black the pizza is free. Clearly they don't stick to their policy. The manager was extremely rude her name is lungi and she cut the call on me and refused to stick to their policy. She insisted on me paying for the ice cold smashed pizza or me sending it back to name a new one. It was 2 hours later. How much longer can one wait. Their customer service is appalling.
<p>I eat from Jolly grubber on a regular basis. I've experienced a few wrong orders and politelycalled and informed them. They made a note on their system to double my orders. Today,however they completely messed up my order and even sent me something I could never order as it is against my religion. When I called and explained and asked for a refund they were extremely rude. They held the speaker and said "she's still on the line and expects the sandwich for free, our drivers will not deliver there because it's by the shacks " They don't even know the location and made such awful disrespectful remarks". On a normal occasion when I order larger orders and pay for delivery they don't make remarks about the shacks. Their service was pathetic especially since they were completely wrong!</p>
<p>I purchased a Samsung fridge in November 2015. It came with a promotion whereby you register and receive a domestic flight or 2 night stay at a protea hotel depending on what tier you had. Registration closed by 31/12/2015. I had registered and patiently waited for my code to book the hotel. To date 6 months later I have received nothing. I have contacted the centre many times and still await their response. Manager's and staff promise to call back within the hour but it's been 6 months. I am still waiting for a code. Extremely disappointed as they are supposed to be a reputable company.</p>
