I chose a rating of 1 because there's no 0. That's what they deserve. They might as well close shop because they are absolutely useless. Pathetic service, worst I've dealt with since I was born. They will make you hold the line and they break for tea while you're on the line, ravaging your airtime. Won't even bother calling you back. My life was in danger but all they cared about was R500 call-out fee. Can't wait for the contract to lapse and I'll server all contacts with these clowns. One of them was

I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and poor service I have received from Tracker. My debit order date has always been the 1st of every month, yet on 23 May you deducted money from my account without my authorization, without notice, and without any explanation. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have been a paying customer for quite some time, and never once has this happened before. Suddenly deciding to debit my account whenever you feel like it is unacceptable behaviour from a company that expects customers to trust them with their services and payments. To make matters worse, when I contacted your office to resolve this issue, nobody was willing to assist me properly. I was passed around and left without answers or a solution. Your customer service is shocking. I want my money refunded back into my account immediately and I expect someone competent to contact me urgently to explain how this happened. If this matter is not resolved without delay, you can cancel my contract because I refuse to continue supporting a company that treats customers this way. I am beyond frustrated and expect urgent action on this matter.

Last year I wrote a bad review about the service I got from tracker and I wanted to leave the service provider, I'm glad I did not leave, after I wrote that bad review I got a call from them apologizing and I stayed, today I had a similar incident like last year and wow the service I got was outstanding and I'm here to applaud them for the good service got, I'm happy I stayed and thank you for your help

No you are lying. The problem is not resolved; they called to tell me that the person handling the query is on sick leave, therefore she will call me on Monday... if this is how you treat all your customers, then i really feel for them... you guys are very unprofessional,

On the 15/05/2026 my car was ****** called tracker to search it for me, they did recover the car and called me to identify it.. The tracker officer was speaking to the other colleague on call explaining how is the car with missing parts, then was given the option of tow truck and pay it tow my car to the yard.. I refused the truck and told them that I'll call one of my cars to tow it without them explaining to me that I have to take it to police pound. After take the car to my yard went to police station to open a case.. Police asked were is the car told them was recovered and took it to my yard with out being circulated by police Then on the 18/05/2026 called tracker assist they put me through financed department to make a claim as I have back on track insurance was sent a form to feel up and I did feel it up... Got the response later on that they want a circulation number which I dnt have because tracker officer never took my car to the police impound so I find them neglegent for not completing the whole tracking process now my claim is declined by the same company different department because I have to have that circulation number which Is too late to get it now... This is ********* business practice, they are tracking all my business vehicles and I have the tracker financial service with them which I pay every month... I called their investigating departments and spoke to a guy by the name of Devon who was completely rude and didn't even care forgetting that my premiums that I pay monthly contribute to his salary he didn't assist me and even hung up the phone...

On the 15/05/2026 my car was ****** called tracker to search it for me, they did recover the car and called me to identify it..
