I placed an order for my son’s birthday cake on 25 February for delivery on 28 February, which was the day of his 2nd birthday party. The order was confirmed on Thursday for Saturday delivery, and the delivery location is approximately 15 minutes from the store. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We did not receive any communication from the bakery until the afternoon of the delivery date. In fact, we had to call them ourselves to follow up. We were then informed that they had experienced a vehicle breakdown. Later in the afternoon, they contacted us again requesting the access code and informed us they were coming from Soweto. It is unclear why the cake was routed to Soweto from Fourways when the delivery address was in Midrand, which is significantly closer. The cake was only delivered at 5pm — long after the party had effectively started. For a cake costing over R1,300, I expected premium service, proper communication, and punctual delivery. Instead, the lack of planning and communication disrupted my son’s special day. To make matters worse, this is not the first issue we have experienced. The previous year, they wrote the incorrect name on his birthday cake. Based on these repeated service failures, I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them to others. While payment is requested promptly, the same level of urgency and care is not reflected in their service delivery.
Rain sent a guy to fix my internet connection last year. he provided an outside router which he left the wire hanging. he promised to comenex day to fix the wires he never did. we tried calling him back but he stopped taking calls. Now rain is refusingto fix that issue the exposed wires are no longer working and they refuse to fix. i spoke to a call centre agent named Hemanth who never gave me time to explain my issue and instead refused to give me access to the recording or to speak to his supervisor. my internet is down and rain refused to fix
Takealot cancelled my order but havent credited my account. I know for a fact they penalise the seller but why cant they refund me for the transaction? unfair *********practice
worst service, they take orders for granted. they keep my items and don't deliver them to me and wait for me to call for them to assist. they miss a takealot delivery, they do not communicate instead they just keep quiet. they are playing with people's businesses. Spoke to United at their office. now they want me to provide them proof of collection that they should send me. Their system said they collected my system said they collected now they dont want to acknowledge taking my parcel they refuse to get me hold of the management 2 orders, one they sent confirmation was collected but refused to the collected the otehr they msised a booking and never let me know. i supled them with both bookings on time but they didnt deliver
Order never delivered. driver never got to me and im not getting a refund, didnt get my order. this is messed up nd unprofessiona. I wouldnt recommend after this
Our fibre is always down. on average we spend around 2 weeks with no internet an there is no sense of urgency in resolving the issue. the Situation is atrocious. it's like we do not have wifi, it ridiculous. it better if we move to another provider. no communication no long-term solution We last had wifi last year before Xmas, and they still bill us fully. How can this be legal to do.
Courierit have been constantly missing my deliveries. I commit to sending overnight parcels which cost a lot but my orders are never delivered on time. they are always lost. i have to follow up only for them to take action. on Friday 3 Dec 2021 and I was promised a 4 Dec 2021 delivery but they didn't leave up to their promise. i am a retailer on takealot and they are not booking my parcels on time and im being charged for overnight packages and I'm not getting what I'm paying for. the bill comes but the service is terrible and no one makes an effort to deliver. They have missed 3 bookings and have not ever given me a good explanation besides shifting blame. it has led to numerous lead time suspensions and it has cost my company and clients a lot of revenue. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone
We made a payment of R1000 for a full month on the 21st of dec 2019. Dstv has however decided to disconnect us on the 6th of the month and have the nerve to say we in credit but they still disconnect us. dstv wonders why people are moving to netflix
I was at your premises in cape town tyger valley hotel between 20 & 22 Nov. i left my belongings in my room as i went about my business in Cape Town. Not sure who but 1 of your guys opened and stole my new manchester united shirt out of my bag. I asked the hotel staff but no feedback was given. this was a gift of sentimental value from my wife please rectify.
My partner went to your Clicks mall of africa and asked a pharmacist. She asked for an Ointment to help with sores in her her nose. She was given an oitment. After using it she started feeling like her nose was blocked. she started bleeding whenever she blew her nose. When i looked at the oitment instructions it said "not for extenal use" but the Clicks Pharmacist recommended it for that use. Its now 2 months since she bought the oitment and she is bleeding a lot whenever she blows her nose. If you cant trust your pharmacist y go to clicks. What if she had lost her sense of smell? Shame on Clicks Mall of Africa.
