Apart from receiving the wrong side, the pastrami bagel had no mustard mayo and rocket. I ordered from Mr D so I couldn't send it back. This was the dryest most horrible bagel and we usually order this in store. The jus that comes with it was like water. I expect someone to get back to me regarding order DFD168300836 0604421255. I placed an order on 23 June 2023. It was not confirmed that this item was not in stock and that it needed to be ordered from Switzerland. Nevertheless I'll wait. I had to email so many email addresses that have still not been answered to finally get to a Dikeledi who gave me this news that my watch needs to be ordered and it will take weeks to months. Now there are no further updates to know if my watch HAS infact been ordered as confirmed because with the service so far I don't know if I can trust this process. Where can I track my order? My documents are not being signed off and no one is letting us know how long it's going to take. 15 February my FedEx parcel was stopped at customs. They found clothing with no labels that needed to be destroyed. I had to submit my business registration documents and this would then take 5 days according to Fedex. It's been weeks. I emailed payflex to find out why my clients cannot use this method of payment as it shows active on my business profile. Xolani from support@payflex sent me the procedure to delete the app and reinstall it but he did not understand my request. The instructions said if there's still an error after using the payment options to contact them. I told him I'm getting an error message and then here's the ridiculous part. He emails from support@payflex and tells me to email support@payflex. After I lose my patience he a lady calls me. She then hands the phone to him and he tells me they will escalate it. He calls me back to ask what merchant I am. He said ok they are just checking what's the issue. Today is the next day. I emailed Xolani and his response, firstly spells my name wrong and says I'm not a merchant under payflex so they cannot help me. No application process no letting me know nothing and calls me Monica when my name is Monique. I'm appalled at this service.
I ordered Britney Spears perfume for R935 on special. Order p1307945347. Doesn't even last a few minutes. I thought it was just me. I kept spraying more and more and asked my fiance if he could smell my perfume and he responded no. This is ridiculous. I thought it was just me but then I read other reviews linked to Foschini with the same problem. Where can I return this for my money back. This is horrific!

I couldn't eat the chips cause they were extremely oily. What is Mr deliveries solution? R50 discount code that has an expiration date. SO NOW I MUST SPEND MORE MONEY IN A CERTAIN PERIOD TO BE COMPENSATED??? So i paid a total of R226 to get 16 wings delivered to my door and chips+onion rings I had to throw away when I ordered VEG. I emailed spur. Someone responded but there has been no feedback since.

FICA - BUSINESS HOLD My account was frozen because apparently I never included my proof of address in the email the first time I submitted my Fica details. Which I did. I have proof of this. I am told to call a number to get it unblocked. Those people can't unblock me and then put me through to another department that also cannot help me. Leon Peter's called me over the weekend to confirm he will assist me directly to get my account active but now I'm not getting any feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous! Why provide contact details to departments that are meant to assist you but are NOT capable. PLEASE CALL ME AND UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT!
What a rip off. R59 for a few bites of food. Won't recommend their protein bowls.
