Firstly why does Hello Peter forces us to give a star when that business don't even deserve it. This business (HC) has no clue what is customer service, I've been writting emails to them since last year November 2024, 'till today there's no response. I called, was able to speak to one of the consultants, but that was the last coversation I ever had with anyone from HC that was 16 January.
The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because there is no 0, my experience was appaling to say the least. If is not delay tactics it's stalling then very poor workmanship. I had to take my vehicle back like 3 times because it's either the job was not done well or there was something the f'ed up. If I hear anyone saying they are taking their vehicle to Ben's, I would give them a friendly woarning, take it there at your own paril and trust me you shall bedepressed I promise you. Best you avoid it by every fibre in you. Just stay away.
Not sure what is the SOP at Discovery Insure, it's been been two weeks that I have not recieved communication from Thabile Dlepu the Discovery Insure consultant regarding the status of my vehicle. This is despite me writing email to her to try to find out what is the status?
I have used Tracker before and was very happy, less than a month going back to tracker I'm not impressed with the level of service. Thee new installed device is dysfunctional and they tell me I must go change the battery, how when I just received a new unit. They don't even bother getting back intouch regarding a complain. I would have given them -10 star. This is appaling from Tracker.
Received an excellent service from Tyron Govender from Bidvest Insurance. Very articulate in explaining what the policy entails. Thank you a lot Tyron, and I hope others get to experience a great service as I did from Tyron.
MTN don't care about service let alone their customers. For as long as they are taking your money and are in business it's ***** these idiots who are paying for a B.S service. I will never again deal this organisation and I would advise anyone who does not deal with them to stay light years away from this organisation
This is a hopeless organization that I don't ever want or wish to deal with in any future. Deal with them at your own peril. 😞

I would like to say thank you to Cartracker for an outstanding service I was given by one of the employee, Shatti Pillay Maharaj. So last night I try to register on one of their new app Karu but I have forgotten my login details(uses the same details as the CarTrack app). Without me having to call CarTrack or try to reset my password by myself, I received a pleasantly surprising call from CarTrack, from a lovely lady by the name of Shatti Pillay Maharaj, who made the whole experience seamlessly effortless and extremely pleasant. I would like to that CarTrack and specifically Shatti Pillay Maharaj for the exellent service you have given me.
<p>I took my car for a mere simple service, but what I got out out this service...well let's just say it was not flatterring to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 4th of March I took my cay in for service (VW Wonderboom Pretoria), after the service I discovered that my computer box holder was broken and the computer box was practically on the floor. So I went back to the dealer (who by the way would not bother to alert me about this which obviously they broke it) to alert them, the service adviser tells me that "no this holder must be old" (dumb response to the client - me)..anyways the technician who worked on my car put cable ties just to hold it in place.</p> <p> </p> <p>The campany that does follow on after the service, gave me a call and I to them of the incident. They obviously alerted the dealership cos they call me back soon after. Basically they dinied that they broke it(holder) but they'll investigate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks passed no answer, I wrote an email to the dealer to someone who handles these types of matters (what a waste of time) he basically told me ***** me (not in so many words).</p> <p> </p> <p>I called back the "follow up company" back and I must say they tried to help me sort out this matter this the dealership also no luck with dealership.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question:</p> <p> why would they, be the technician or the washbay area people don't say anything when they saw that the computer box was out of it's holder because that's the type of service you would get from an honest service provider because it would have came in that way right.</p> <p>1. So this tells me that between the technician and the washbay area that' where it was broken off and no one bothered to say a thing and hope that I don't notice.</p> <p>2. The type of stuff VW Wonderboom Pretoria employs are not trust worthy and I can go as far as saying they trully are incompetent.</p> <p>3. Unprofessional </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't see myself taking my car back there for any reason, I would rather drive extra 20 kms to a professional service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want a service provider who takes no accountability VW Wonderboom at your service.</p>
