Disappointed and frustrated by the claims stage following my car accident.
I bought an Air fryer for online and The workmanship on the product is poor. On the second day of using the product, the display screen became loose and trying to return it has been a nightmare. The call centre consultants have no clue what they are doing, emails are not being rep****, I’m currently stuck with a product I don’t want. Extremely poor after sales experience!
These people debited on a day that is not my payday or agreed date and refuse to give me a refund! What kind of customer service is that! I want my money!!
Nedbank has debited me on a date that is not my debit date and now they refuse to refund me, sending from pillar to post on the phone… does anyone know their job at this place. My salary gets paid month end the funds that came are to used for something else. I want my money Nedbank! How dare you debit without authority!!!
My experience has been quite difficult with Fair Price East Rand. Firstly I asked to collect my own goods as I was not certain of the date I'd be available, I then paid for everything and opted for the 2nd of December as delivery date. On the Tuesday following that I was called to be told that they are on the way to deliver to which I was obviously surprised and called the store to rectify. Now I call them to Ask that they deliver today because I am available and not sure of the times today. I was told that the system is auto generated and they cannot do that but I was expected to understand their mistake. My issue with that store does not end there, they advertised a TV stand that they did not have in stick and was told they would receive on Thursday, guess what... There was still no stock or explanation available! Additionally the store has no tapping options, you need to have your physical card to be assisted or else no one can assist you there. .. Very poor customer service!
Extremely rude call centre named Nosi. I called to enquire about my refund and was met by an extremely rude customer care agent. How do you call yourself customer care when you don’t take care of the customer? When hiring people for this function, you need to ensure it is people who are suit in terms of personality and quality traits! Disgusting
I collected my cake at Al Saudi Lakefield today. My cake was not made to agreed specifications and the best that the manager could say was that I was the who collected the cake so why did I not mention anything then. She then said I should turn back with my own petrol in these economic times and my time to see if they could rectify their mistake. She blatantly shielded her staff with my money and quite a rude individual she is very disappointed!
What a poor service I received from Lindi in the claims department. She sounded so disinterested and pretty rude for a customer service agent. Not very professional for someone who works in a department that deals with people who have suffered losses. Very disgusting Lindi!

I am disgusted in the manner which MIWay and their panel beater Renewit Sandton are handling my claim. I had an accident on the 10th of January and today is the 15th of February and my car is still not back. My hired vehicle had to go back on the 12th, I had to take 3 days off to accommodate my car returning today, only to be sent a message that the estimated completion date is now the 22nd. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. How the hell am I supposed to get to work without my vehicle or the hired vehicle. To top it all off they have the nerve to increase my premiums by over R200, what nonsense is that! When I call into the call centre their representatives don’t have answers!
