In-store I wanted to upgrade and got an offer. I had 2 contracts with Vodacom, while I was in-store I decided to cancel 1 as it was not in use, during the cancellation the consultant decided it would be a good time to offer me an even better offer over the phone, however I felt bad for the lady who had just spend time with me on this sale so I didn't take the offer on the phone.howevr afterwards I felt ****** knowing that Vodafone could offer me better but only at the expense of 1 of the in store workers .How can it be that people working for the same organisation canabilise each others sales and put the customer in the middle. yes I was probably stupid for caring about the consultant but that's my nature. I feel it horrible what Vodacom are doing to their staff and at the end of the day the customer is out in the middle, I lost out and I'm look for avenues to cancel without losing more..help or spread the word thank you
Thank goodness there are so many other Toyota's in South Africa, when it comes to sales they are all in, but as soon as you have signed the papers, blue tick is your name, there are a few things I needed after the Sale and I just get completely ignored by the salesman, choose your Toyota wisely if you want to be treated like a customer even after you paid. Alberton has awesome customer service. So weird because they now losing future income on services , doesn't add up.
Botched my order and now I'm waiting weeks for the order to be fixed, renovating my house and this meant I had to send everyone home while we wait for Leroy Merlin who are unable to phone another internal department, they not answering they tell me. 2 weeks and counting. Good luck, luckily there are better brands that were here before them, lesson learned.
Terrible services, with a ******** like intent to keep you as a customer, sent to 3 different departments, just to cancel each knowing less than the next and all sorts of fees popup to cancel. Please consider another provider to avoid this pain
Terrible with returns, had to go to 2 sportnscene shops to be told they can't help me because they don't have money..please don't do online if you don't know how..contact Take a lot to ask for advice
Hello FNB it's me again.. this seems to be the only department that actually cares about customer service. I need help with a claim for insurance that I pay for every month without fail, you replaced my geyser and left me worse off..please come and fix your mess..your partners are clueless and only know how to put in a geyser they don't know how the geyser should work..if you reading this please share and go with another insurer because FNB don't know what they doing...here we go again
Makro are selling sub par dangerous products on behalf of Homestar and take no responsibility for these products, when you hold them accountable they say it's the supplier and there's nothing they can do, stay away from Makro online purchases and most definitely homestar products , gas heater leaking and it's not seen as a problem ???
Do not take out a policy with this company, they still have the old strategy of stealing money for and long as they can after you cancel the policy and pretend they know nothing, I thought companies have learned that the reputational damage far out way the pennies you steal but clearly not that fraudulent company, stay away from the thieves.
Please stay away from Homechoice, I honestly am not sure why I chose to buy from them instead of take alot, archaic systems with pathetic customer service, you ask for delivery update and they tell you there's nothing they can do you must just wait lol, I'm disgusted stay away and use take alot these guys don't know what they doing .
I took out a month to month data contract with Cell C knowing that i would not need it for too long as i was getting fibre, now im trying to cancel the contract and Cell C are telling me they have updated my contract to 24 month contract which i knew nothing about and they say that they told me via sms??? how do you tell someone about contract changes? this is a 2 way agreement so how can i just be told? can i sms Cell C and TELL them that i wont be paying anymore and then that will be right? This is robbery and a contract sold under false pretenses. I hope that the consumer is protected against this? i will be lodging a complaint to whomever is willing to listen. i cannot be stuck paying a contract i did not agree to. And worse still In order to get out of the contract i must pay R2000? please man this is so blatant.
