Poor service from netflorist. I bought a gift for my fiancé to cheer her as she was having a bad day since today marked 1 year since she lost her mother. I used her work address to ensure that the gift would be delivered before 17:00 as stated on the Netflorist website. It’s now 18:30 and she has not received her gift, the driver offered to deliver it at home but it won’t serve its purpose anymore as it is already the end of the day. I wish I can just get a refund and return the bought items. I am so disappointed in Netflorist. They always send promo emails and special offers but once they receive money from the purchase, they don’t care what happens after. This service deserve 0 star, yall have lost a customer in me.
Rude Telkom agent or consultant Zack Resego!! Thumbs down and poor service from Telkom. The guy shouts at customers and hangs up on them.
Poor service and false advertising from HiFi Corporation. I bought a Hisense TV online on the 17th and was sent an SMS stating that my TV will be delivered on the 20th, I must ensure that there is someone in the house. I put on leave to avail myself on the day and now I receive an SMS saying the delivery will now be made on the 22nd, the day in which I won’t be available. What must happen to the leave that I had already app**** for? When I called the customer care to find out the reason for changing the delivery date, she said it can be that there is no stock available, the stock is being sourced elsewhere. Shops normally indicate when they are out of stock for an item, why did my purchase go through while the item advertised is out of stock? I’m not happy with HiFi Corp and will never recommend it to anyone.
Poor service from Narisha at Renault. The lady was helping my brother with a deal, but because my brother was confused with what was offered to him, he called me to speak to Narisha. Unfortunately we couldn’t reach an agreement and because I refused the reap off deal she offered my brother she decided to hang up on me. How does a sales person hang up on a potential client?? This was so rude of Narisha. I told my brother to leave the dealership as they can’t properly handle customers.
Poor service from Fairprice at Jabulani. I bought a couch on the 14th of December which they did not have stock for but was on display. I was promised to get a couch on the 31st of December but that did not happen. I called on the 31st and the sales person Dimakatso Mavuso told me they still don’t have stock and will request Southgate to send the couch as they had stock, I waited with no feedback until I went back to the shop on the 10th January to follow up on the couch request from Southgate, when the manager at Jabulani call Southgate, the Southgate manager said they had not received a request of the couch. I asked for a refund, the cashier lady told me I’ll have to wait 7 days to get the refund but when the manager came back, I was told my refund will be in on Monday. This shows that these people lie to customers, they didn’t even have name tags on, they were dressed like they are just at home, no uniform, you can’t differentiate between a sales person and a customer when you are at the shop.
Poor service from FedEx. My parcel was due for delivery on the 19th Dec but was never delivered. I spoke to a lady by the name of Natasha Balayiah who promised to schedule a delivery of my parcel on the 24th and when I was trying to follow up on the delivery, I spoke to Trisha who told me no delivery has been scheduled for the 24th and that my parcel is still at their warehouse. I either had to wait until 27th for a parcel that was due for delivery on the 19th or collect it myself 74km from my location. Mind you, I had already paid courier costs which are nonrefundable. This is the second time I’m struggling with my parcel delivery from FedEx. The worst courier company one can use. I do not recommend them to anyone and I’m rating them 1 star because there’s no option for 0 stars!!
MTN home internet is just bad and unfair. I took out a package which I was never told that after my prorata payment, I have to pay for 2 months upfront to use the internet. I already paid for October but because November’s payment did not go through, the services have been cancelled. So I can’t use internet in the month that I have already paid for because I did not pay for the next upcoming month. MTN is just a ****. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
Poor service and the worst courier company ever. I’ve been expecting a parcel that has been showing that it is out on delivery since the 8th, today is the 11th but their tracking platform always updates every morning to say my parcel is out on delivery. I called yesterday to find out what the problem may be, I was told the driver says on the coupler past day, it has gotten too late for him to deliver, I’ll get my parcel around 15:00, I’m still waiting even today. They don’t take their customers serious and deserve to not be ever used by any company.
Wayne, you are the best my guy. Always available to assist. I’d prefer to speak to you whenever I have something or wanna review my insurance.
Poor service from Nkululeko at Discovery Life. The guy has no manners and can’t speak to client. If this is the best representation Discovery life has, I would never recommend their services to anyone. Train your stuff on how ti talk to people, this guy is less informed about what services and product Discovery Life has. Instead of referring me to a department that can help me, he tells me that I have an understanding of something they don’t have while my query is based on something under Discovery Life. Poor service from this guy and he doesn’t know how to talk to people.
