If I could give a minus 10000 stars I would. I keep getting calls and sms for a Lettie whose account is in arrears on my company cell phone, which has never ever belonged to a Lettie. I have had this number for 8+ years and this recently started. I have phoned the number on the sms twice this week. Twice they told me this number is not reflecting on their system and they will take the matter to their supervisor to remove the number from Whomever's account reflects it. If it does not appear on your system, then tell me why the **** do I keep getting calls and sms for Lettue's arrears??? . If I find Lettie I will personally kill her at this point. Truworths. When you open accounts please for the love of God vet the ****ing number they give you so you can stop harassing people like me who does not even have a Truworths account!!! Now I have to deal with this annoyance and that on a company cell phone number. I will log a complaint at the consumer ombud and apply for a protection against harassment order if I receive one more call or sms for Lettue's arrears. Get your **** in order!!!!!!!
Since my upgrade I keep getting calls from Vodacom insurance call centre numbers, but when I answer I don't hear the individual. I have in the past indicated I don't want to take out insurance on the device as it is specified on my own insurance and thus insured. Please for the love of God stop calling me. No, I don't want you insurance and I don't want this nuisance ghost calls anymore I tried logging a call with the customer care department for these calls to stop as I am in meetings 80% of my day and they also call when I am on the road. They can't help me. Advises me just to block them. I can block 10 numbers and they will call from another number again and again I cannot hear the person! Please quit calling me.
Took vehicle financing through Wesbank, but it feels as though they think they own you once you sign that contract. Incessant calling for add on products which I declined from the onset. They also do not keep in mind that we are working during office hours, will call and if you decline the call just call back immediately. Being in a position at work where I have back to back meetings, this is very disturbing. Train your agents that people have life outside of Wesbank financing. If a call is declined it means you are unable to speak at that time. Do not call again and again and again immediately. This is not only ****ing insensitive, but it is annoying as hell and impacting our performance at work. I went through this with my previous car purchase and complained about it and yet here it is happening again. I did not sell my soul to you, I do not belong to you. Get that in your skulls. Stop harassing people to try and sell products already declined from the onset!!!!! complaints reference below with Wesbank complaints resolution department. So my package has been in Witbank for the past 3 days per the tracking app, which is not even far from Secunda. WHY WHY WHY would a package be at a distribution centre so long. It said it is on the courier vehicle this morning before 9 am. Still the courier's time sheet says he delivers in Secunda between 9 and 11 and here we are at 11 and still no package. The package delivery stage is taking longer than the order processing stage. Pathetic.
We bought a brand new Foton Tunland 2.0 auto with sidestep, tow bar and rubberising. Upon receiving the vehicle on the showroom floor my husband noticed a dent (before taking possession of the vehicle.) The salesperson Paul Kruger committed to having this repaired and providing a loan vehicle as my husband is disabled, needs transport and can only drive auto vehicles. For the past 5 months I can only infer that it has been a stall tactic to push the repair out of the 6 month claim period according to the CPA as for the past 5 months Paul has been promising to arrange this and still nothing has happened. It is completely unacceptable to sell a person a new bakkie and to hand it over with a dent. Even more unacceptable to keep a client on the line for 5 months to arrange for a simple dent to be fixed. I will not recommend this dealership. I want the dealer principle of Westvaal group and Foton SA to provide feedback on whether they think this is an acceptable level of service and to arrange for this repair and loan vegie that has been promised for 5 months. Also had the experience of when the sidestep had to be added there was no job card sent to the division that needed to fit it. We are escalating this via Westvaal group as well as Foton SA's internal channels as well tomorrow first thing as we are tired of sub standard service and empty promises.
On 19 December I ordered food via Mr D at Fireplace roadhouse. My order received on 3 waffles were incorrect to the value of R63. Ordered bar one waffles and received plain waffles I immediately logged a dispute vis Mr D help function and also send fireplace roadhouse a message. The roadhouse manager called me a while later apologising as they checked their cameras and verified they sent the order out wrong. But due to ordering through Mr D the refund had to be done by them. A couple of days later still had not heard anything back from Mr D. And I logged another dispute It is now 12 January. It is nearly a month later and still no contact from them and no refund. So basically Mr D stole the R63. As now it seems I just have to make peace with not receiving the refund?!
Received an sms at 7am my package is out for delivery on 12 Dec 2024. Instructed my son to cancel his plans and wait for delivery as I work out of town. No delivery took place. Called the help desk which was not helpful, they just told me the package is out for delivery. When I asked if it would still be delivered yesterday I was told if not it will be delivered today. If I call there I expect more information than what I can see on the tracking app, so your helpdesk is useless. If you say the package is out for delivery it better be delivered, you are wasting people's time. We order items we need, not nice to have items. If we do not get it in time it disrupts everything. Buffalo should do better. We expect service and if for some reason service is delayed, we expect to be kept abreast of what is causing the delay.
SkyNet couriers used by eNaTIS is horrible. They do not send sms's on time to say that the package is received or out on delivery. Now they say they delivered my husbands' vehicle license disc last night - they did not. How are we supposed to trace it now and why can you not make use of a reputable courier such as Courier Guy who we never had trouble with when they delivered for you. SkyNEt is a bunch of clowns and unreliable. This is unacceptable.
Not possible to give zero stars. My husband ordered his car license disk via E-natis. SkyNet couriers received the package. According to them they dispatched the delivery (Reference Nr 0800602956) and according to them it was delivered yesterday at 18:49 last night and a POD was created. Now they most definitely did not deliver this package. So we would like some answers. They are not answering their phones, after 50 minutes of holding the line for the contact centre, my husband's call was dropped. We need to reroute this package and there is no way to do it. The number on the sms received also just rings. E-natis should rather go back to Courier guy, they were reliable. SkyNet operates like a bunch of clowns. Cannot understand how a reputable company's service can suck this much.
So my details were given out without my consent. That is a violation of my privacy and of my right to protect my personal information. I politely declined your free gift indicating I have been through this process before. I have now received 5 calls from Platinum life this morning. I opted out on telemarketing and cold calling on www.dmasa.org. and yet I am still being called after I said I am not interested. If this is continued I will apply for a harassment order.
