Poor service nd rude agents. My Vodacom order was placed on the 14 Dec 2025 however Vodacom was out of stock. Due to summer holiday I had leave Gauteng nd Vodacom was advised about that during completion of sales . Not ram giving me a hard for me to reschedule a delivery date. I’m even trying to find out if will be possible for a parcel to be dry to another address and be collected by some else as I will back in Gauteng on the 5fth Jan 2026 instead I’m being ignored by their agent. Vodacom should re-consider of using the service of ths company. Vodacom will loose business because of Ram because if I don’t get a parcel I won’t pay🤷🤷🚮🚮
They don’t even deserve one star, they did credit enquiry on my name without my consent. I texted them on Facebook, they asked me to provide them with my cell phone number and ID however no one contacted me to explain where did they get my consent to do credit checks on my name. I want them to remove that enquiry on my credit report and whoever done ths to be held accountable.
Bad experience, submitted my withdrawal claim last week Wednesday 9th of March 2025, OPT received in order for me to confirm my application or withdrawal. Amount was R5000+ however that withdrawal no where to be found on their system in order for to check status of my claim. Checked status with SARS response received “ There are no tax directive applications received on the tax reference number provided”. Amount already deducted on my retirement savings.

Even 1 star not enough, I was assaulted and admitted at waterfall netcare for few stitches guess what they did not pay for those stitches. Basic plan nd they can’t even explain why they can’t pay.
***** sale was done on my ID, I never app**** any funeral cove with them, boom early hours of this morning I received a policy document with my name and surname. I need a recording or that sale nd proof my banking where premium will be debited
Yooh what a poor service I received, I bought a car which came with unit from previous owner, I was willing to take over the unit nd continue with the contract of the previous owner however it was an hustle to be assisted even to app logins was a hustle after getting my logins I couldn't locate my car meaning the previous owner still hv access to their app nd he/she can still locate the that doesn't belong to him/her which put me in danger. they asked me to email them a proof that im a new owner which I did however I was not assisted. They asked me to email them copy of my ID nd I did however nothing was done. They keep saying ot will be resolved. I want them to de-active their unit on my car so that the previous owner cannot locate a car that doesn't belong to him/her nd I Want them to remove my banking details from their system because I don't hv any contract or agreement nd they even sent Debi check mandate which can't be declined.
Mmm where to start with a good service I received from Cajee, he took me through the process from the beginning to the end. Even during the handover he was excellent. I m really happy with the service.
They don't even deserve one star, those a ****, Im feeling sorry for poor Pontsho who was in charge the time incident happened. I bought items which was costing R480, I swiped my visa or debit card, fund's were deducted however I was told that funds are not reflecting on their side however on my side its was debited. I sent them bank statement showing transaction. I told them that im not leaving shop without item's I bought or with money. Poor Pontsho tried everything to save ths **** company, he made a decision to allow me leave with items. I received hos email on the 26 may 2023 informing me that fund's has been reserved to my bank however I never received those funds. I send him a email informing him that haven't received those funds nd if he want me to send him statement I can. I think Markham deducted that money from his salary. Thsi happened at Markham midrand. 20 may 2023. I try every thing to proct him in such useless company nd useless management.
