I went to Debonairs at Carlton Centre with my friend to get food. when we got there, we found a gentleman and his family by the till. They were also buying food but they took long to have their order finalized. As soon as they were done with their order we were by Kabelo, the cashier that they will not be taking our order, after a long wait... He also mentioned that the store was closed The queue was already long since more people wanted the food. The first question I asked was that why did he leave us to wait for so long only to tell us that the store is closed? Secondly, why was the door not closed with a closed sign on? He did not have answers to these questions all he said is that he was busy talking to the other customer and he was very rude. Even the customer he was assisting apologised on his behalf and Kabelo never bothered to apologise to us. his other female colleague was even busy condoning his behaviour. Seeing that we were unfairly treated, we asked for the manager. He said he is going to call him and quickly came back and said his manager said he is too BUSY. A manager being too BUSY to attend to customers' needs? I have never seen such in my life... I mentioned to him that I will rate his service by Hellopeter and he said I must go and do exactly that and I must not forget that his name Kabelo starts with a capital letter "K". We left the shop and went to Fisheraways and the cashier from Fisheraways asked him to apologise to us and he told her that he will never apologise to us.
I have never been this disappointed in a service I pay premium money for. Being a Platinum member clearly means nothing at this gym, because the level of disrespect and laziness from some of the staff is unbelievable. I booked a 13:00 massage at the Bree branch during my lunch break. I walked there in the rain, only to find the spa staff lounging around with their legs hanging over the arms of the chairs, looking like they had zero intention of doing any work. They told me there was loadshedding—something they could have easily called me about since the electricity had already been off for five minutes (the same five minutes it took me to walk from Carlton Centre). Instead, they let me waste my time. Their attitude was disgusting. One lady responded with pure rudeness, acting like it was unreasonable for me to expect a simple courtesy call. Another just sat there adding snarky comments. The whole scene showed exactly how little they care about customers. And the sad part is, this isn’t even the first time I’ve dealt with disrespectful behaviour at this gym. They even operate with no water at times, completely ignoring basic hygiene and showing no concern for members’ well-being. Honestly, paying for Platinum at this point feels like a joke. The service is terrible, the staff are unprofessional, and customers are clearly not a priority.

3 ply 5 kg blankets with different quality. I bought 2 blankets from home choice, Zara 3ply 5kg blanket and Jabulani 3 ply 5kg blanket. After collecting them I thought to myself I will spare the Zara blanket for my visitors since I loved its colours. I then used Jabulani and I was so happy with the quality and I am still happy. Like its name it brought joy… I would just wear it alone during winter without putting any extra blankets. Everyone knows that this was the coldest winter ever but with my Jabulani blanket I would sleep peacefully and feeling warm all night long. Today I decided to use the Zara blanket for the first time… I am not happy at all with its POOR quality. It’s spring and yet it can’t keep me warm😟
I would like to gives KFC at Elloff Street Johannesburg its flowers. Their service it always the best and quick. I buy there almost everyday and they are consistent:) Keep up the good work!!!!!
I am very dissatisfied. Alva 9kg cylinder that was delivered on Friday and only filled with gas yesterday is leaking and this puts my life and the lives of my family in danger. I need this sorted ASAP and the money I used to fill gas must be refunded

I am totally disappointed. Ordered online the next day I received my sms to say the order is out for delivery from 8am to 6pm. I called the courier driver to inform them that I will only be home by 5pm. To my surprise the very same driver called me and asked me to send the location at 1. How ***********!!! I had to repeat the same thing and the only thing he could say is okay. Olebile, the driver then decided to change the delivery status to failed right after our call. I called him again and asked him why did he change the delivery status to failed he said because he was by my place and I wasn’t there. The very same person who needed my location and the same person I told I will be home at 5pm. This all happened around 1pm. I called in tomorrow and asked for the delivery as I needed goods urgently. The consultants kept telling me it is scheduled for that same day and no goods were delivered. I asked for cancellation that day. Next day I was told my goods were out for delivery whereas I asked for cancellation. *********** call centre agents and *********** courier service. 8 days later I am calling to follow up on my refund I am told that the only status they can see is that the delivery failed. All I want is my refund and I want it ASAP
Bought chicken paella at Pedro's in Dobsonville mall. I asked for take away because I wanted to have this for supper but I couldn't the chicken was burnt and the rice is not well cooked. This is not the first time I have a bad experience the other time I took my mom out the chicken was so little in a way that you would think someone shared the pieces for themselves but this one is worse... Imagine I bought half chicken only to find it burnt when I get home
I ordered grocery at game through uber eats on 5 September 2024, my order was cancelled due to some items being out of stock. Until this day I have not received my refund. one online chat consultant said the money was held by capitec and was not paid over to them. After investigations with capitec we have found out that they never refunded me
