Vodacom allowed a dealer in Durban to add onter line to my account
I was notified on the 23rd of Sept 2024 that my application was being looked at even before I could do anything it was approved. Low and behold they allowed someone with the assistance of a Durban dealer Centrevo(PTY)LTD - VDCEN to add a new line on my account. Sent all the required documents regarding the ***** to them 24th Sept 2024, to date no feedback. My account was debited with over R1300.00 on this line. Will be cancelling my aco**** with them mext year when contarct expires and will now be forced to close my bank account.

Vitex Solutions and Wesley Daniels not after sales service
Initial installation was fine, was supposed to come and instal a pump cover, never happened. nor did he deliver the guarantee for the pump motor. I now need some assistance to sort out a problem as the pump keeps tripping the power, he has promised to come on two occasions but to no avail. I should have taken a previous review before I had him do the installation as a warning sign not to do business with Wesley. No communication to say sorry can't make it just silence. No after sales care or service, just grabs the big buck for the installation and then onto the next one. Be warned

Summer Mobile lies as to where they call from
The caller pretended she was from MTN Head Office. Wanting to upgrade my phone contract(which I started with MTN Morningside and will complete today). Even trying to get me to complete it with Summer Mobile. I wish one could get the cell companies to stop everyone from calling you upgrade your phone

I had ordered a book and method of deliver was Pudo Locker. Hit a snag as my time to pick up was in a period when load shedding caused a trip of a Sub Station meaning the whole area had no power when I could collect on day 1 day to I got there and it was load shedding. I advise them of the issue and they had The Courier Guy deliver the book to me. I received t the next day. Pudo and Courier Guy going the extra Mile. Thanks Caitlin

RARU not able to deliver on orders
I have used them before, but this time something is wrong. Seeing other complaints am sure they are no longer able to supply goods ordered and seem unable to refund clients if they cancel. The longest wait period was for some books I ordered was about 10 days, I was fine with that. My order was placed on the 30 Sep 2022. Nothing yet, their excuse is "We've been experiencing some lingering hold-ups with deliveries from the distributor of these items , but our stocks are slowly trickling in". Not my problem. Get rid of those distributors. Doubt if I will buy from them again. If they want to gain back trust deliver what you have and then later what is outstanding.

Great service RTMC DLTC Eco-Park Centurion (Road Traffic Management Corporation)
Used the E-Natis online system to book a slot at this site. Got there and there was a lot of people standing in line, a staff member was checking if you were at the right place, took details and temperature, chair were brought so you could sit and as it was getting hot, they even gave out bottles of water and some sweats. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback is long queues. Drive to entrance 3 of Eco-Park 349 Witch-Hazel Ave, Centurion. But come from Nellmapius drive or Olievenhoutbosch road its easier than driving all the way down Witch-Hazel Ave,

Ryobi - email deleted without being read.
I via their website completed a request for manual for some of the Ryobi tolls I have, trying to reduce paper on my side. Great service
Was looking for Karcher Roof, Gutter and Pipe Cleaning Set, product was available and I ordered it late evening of the 12th August 202(Thursday)1, was only expecting delivery the following week. The product was delivered the next morning . Thanks for the prompt delivery and processing of my purchase.

Over charging of fees on Credit Card
I have for months being trying to get FNB to charge the fees as per their brochure on my credit card, they are not capable of doing this.
