I used to use the app religiously! Their delivery time has always been very spot on. It still is. But this surge charge. Why must I pay for them to be efficient. While paying an additional delivery fee??? I’d rather be given an option to wait longer for my order than to pay the surge fee.
I’ve had a negative balance growing for months. Unsure how. I’ve had to sell everything to cover the negative. Closing the account is impossible because you log a ticket nobody ever gets back to you. It’s actually scary.

I had a parcel to be returned. DPD is used by the company I purchased from. Logged a return on the 1st of September. Every single day I had to call and find out if the driver is coming. The driver called me on a Tuesday and Thursday that he’s coming. He never pitched. When I call the courier company they don’t even take me serious. All I get is “we will arrange collection the following day” each day is a following day. We are on the 10th of September.

During an emergency call. I as the patient. Was humiliated and treated like an animal. No empathy, no patience at all. Accused of refusing to respond while I was already weak and unstable. 3 paramedics were at the scene. 2 of them assisted. While 1 of them by the name Of Tony just got arrogant with me and told me he is doing his job and I must report him if I want to. I didn’t expect mercy or pity from the paramedics however being treated like I am not paying for the ambulance service was distasteful. Tony proceeded to ***** me to check my glucose without even showing me if the needle is new or warning me of *** **ing me

the store is known as TFG HI-online. at fourways mall!!!! bought a phone for my mom using they're PAYJOY facility. i specifically mentioned that the payment date should be on the 27th, instead the lady working there put the 20th!!!! purchasing the phone on the day was extremely painful due to their system issues!!! spent 3 hours there just for one phone. now my mom's phone is blocked due to nonpayment and i was not even provided with the details i need to use for the payment during the transaction. now i need to do all the work to sort this out while it could have been done right from the beginning!!!! i don't know if we should stop using PAYJOY or just stop buying stuff from HI!!! ive been trying to call payjoy to assist however their lines are bad and we can barely hear each other.
