My son sustained a fractured on their premises at Olifantsfontein, they did nothing, but offer an arm-sling and an AI generated apology. And this is only AFTER I sent them an email, they didn’t even file and incident report. For them it’s business as usual, they were still carrying on. Which made me wonder how many other cases have they swept under the carpet like mine. I don’t believe they train their staff to deal with people, and to especially deal with people in distress. Which is a hazard on its own. After my son got a fracture from another boy sliding into him, due to not being supervised on the water slide. My son had to get himself out of the water to come to the area where we were seated in order to get help from us because all the life guards mysteriously vanished and reappeared after they saw commotion at our table due to the injured child. Instead of calmly approaching the situation they come shouting at us and my son as if it was our fault that the child sustained injury. They were so insensitive and so unhlepful even when engaging the so called operations manager Robyn Noble she was so nonchalant. Didn’t take responsibility whatsoever for what happened at their water park and she dismissed me. This wasn’t the only incident that happened as our host stated that they weren’t allowed to enter the premises with snacks however two of the tables with the other race had snacks, so I suppose their hostility and lack of respect is racially motivated. If you want to spend your money at a water park, and you’re black. Rather don’t, that establishment doesn’t value black business. Which makes me wonder how they treat their staff if they can treat paying clients so badly. That Robyn must go back to school and not occupy posts she doesn’t qualify for, I don’t think she has a hint of what management entails and she has horrible customer relations. I don’t know if we report such establishments to Department of labor or the consumer board or what.
If I could I would rate this company NEGATIVE ZERO!! Given the current season you would expect them to plan for the season instead it’s one excuse after another from their *********** courier. An order was placed on the 2nd of December it is the 11th now, you would think they would communicate and update us but NO! Not Bash, you have to call them to find out where the order is. They rerouted the package on the 6th then Promised to deliver on the 9th. You would think there would be communication on the 9th!! Nothing! Silence! If you value your peace of mind DO NOT order from bash! I couldn’t even get my birthday gift on time no thanks to their poor service. What is going on with your logistics and dispatch team!? For such a big company I’m very furious and disappointed to say the least
I literally paid for rotten meat!! The meat tasted like what you would taste if you ever ate a dead rat! I’m so sick and disgusted from the food I was served at the Tsakane mall branch!! Why make me pay for such?
Apparently they don’t take 750ml bottles after 7:00 pm at the Shoprite liquor in Kwa Thema it’s not the 1st time either
I wouldn’t recommend it unless you don’t mind dealing with bad attitude and even worse service delivery. This lady doesn’t care about customer service at all. She lied about Courier guy having issues whilst she didn’t send the hair to me I had to drive to her only to get some washed up wig that was coming undone immediately after I received it. I have to take out more money to have the wig fixed (if it can be fixed). She wasn’t even apologetic after making me wait over a week waiting for just a tracking number only to send me one that doesn’t exist because she probably didn’t bother sending the wigs in the first place. I paid for the wigs around the 15th of July and I had initially said I would collect but I was unable to do so then I communicated 24 August for her to please send the wigs to me via Courier she only sent the fake tracking number 7 September without any apology or explanation. I can’t imagine if I was in another province dealing with Itu. If I could rate her Zero I would because wow! I was still expected to be “respectful” after someone takes my money, doesn’t communicate anything tangible and then proceeds to give me washed up hair, then tell me I didn’t call I just rocked up so I couldn’t have expected her to be done with the hair, the hair doesn’t even looked like it can be saved.
I’m not happy with the service first I was told a truck broke down and I had to wait hours for a delivery to be done!! I was held hostage for hours on hours for delivery to be done and I still had to collect my daughter I couldn’t move because there was no communication at all!! I hate that place! I was the one that needed to call to find out what is happening! This is incompetent behavior at it’s best!!!
Cartrack has been giving me nothing but ****ty service when my contract reached its anniversary I requested cancellation for that nonsense. Till today I’m receiving calls to say I owe them 380 I’m not paying a ****** cent I ASKED on Friday after I spoke to an agent if that account is owing that person said no! It’s like the right hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. I want them to listen to all the calls since November last year and tell me if I didn’t cancel and why they keep charging me for something that isn’t even working!! 😡😡😡 I’m tired of your agents calling me to harass me for something I have been trying to cancel for months now!! If I don’t get help I’m taking this to the ombudsman coz you couldn’t even track my car when I asked you to. No one even gave me help after I reported that the unit isn’t working anymore. What am I paying for???
When the load-shedding hits we don’t have network? What is the plan??
I’ve been calling Avbob for almost a month trying to get my money from my savings. They have been promising me my money for the past 3 weeks and every time the waiting period passes or about to pass it’s a new story!!! I’m fed up! I asked to be emailed yesterday by the agent as proof that they are escalating my request still nothing! I’m tired of the incompetence I have been waiting and I wouldn’t have asked for the withdrawal if I didn’t need that money!! I want you to listen to all the recorded calls and listen how I’ve been lied to from the 21st of September by those agents all 7/8 of them!! They lied even after I asked all the necessary questions because I know the Ts & Cs for the withdrawal to be processed. I’m very angry!! If I have to move my business elsewhere I will!!!
I would like to commend a particular staff member Martha for the great service she gave me and the reassurance after almost a year of running from pillar to post and rude staff from other foschini branches which led me to be utterly frustrated. I appreciate the amount of effort and attention that she gave me for my claim to finally get settled . Staff that love their job and know how to handle customers really deserve an applause, I would also like to apologise that she was wrongfully implicated in my previous review also. A very big thank you to Martha in the Cell phone department at Foschini carnival!
