Facebook promotes ****mers. They gave so many sites, *****ulent sites, replicas of legitimate sites, that ****s clients. I shop online daily… from clothes to groceries, even dog food. The first time it happened was with Old School, the second time with Poetry and now today, with Burnt. This only happens on Facebook. It is also damaging for the brands, who probably don’t even know this is happening.
Horrible service from DW, my fiancée bought things for my birthday online and when it arrived one of the bangles were too small. He tried to log a return and nobody got back to me so i asked my parents to return it in store, since we live 2 hours away from the nearest store. When they got to the shop the branch informed us that they cannot return things purchased online. So not online do you provide poor service online but also in store. I would never buy from DW again.
I would never buy from Makro every again. On black friday we bought a very expensive fridge from them. Not only did the fridge take 6 weeks to deliver, during which time we spent hours on the phone being sent from pilar to post, but when it came we also found that it was not the correct fridge. We then did our part, by logging a return request within the 7day return policy, with just no urgency from Makro to resolve our issue. Now, 6 weeks after logging the return for collection, we have been forced to start using the (incorrect) fridge, because which household can afford to operate without a fridge for 3 months because Makro has no intention of providing good customer service. Makro takes no pride in their customer service.
Horrible experience using your online store, ordered a week ago, no status update on the order. Tried e-mailing and no response, tried calling your call center and after holding on for 20min they "put me through" to the online store only for them to drop the call. Honestly not impressed at all.
Takealot has the worst service I have ever come across. First they cancel 2 of my items... Then they don't deliver one of my items. I put my order in on the 11th of January and it was meant to deliver the 18t of January and they ended up delivering half of the items on the 22nd and to date I have not received my entire order. When you contact them to complain they hardly apologize and just refer you to their policy. Terrible service, they probably assume because they are a big organization they don't need to take care of their customers and service. It took Shein 7 days (not even working days) to deliver my order and in almost 2 weeks takealot could not.
Over 2 weeks ago the uber drive that delivered my food, dropped his bike on my car leaving damage, and although it was not on purpose, it does not change the fact that damage was done. I have escalated this matter to uber multiple times yet i have received no response from uber which i find utterly disturbing. The least that uber can do is to send me a update.
I bought a dress from YDE in March and it ended up being too big. I unfortunately don’t live in a town where we have a Yde so I had to wait to come back to Pretoria before I could return it. Today I went and they said that they can’t help me, their return policy is 14days, which I feel is so extremely short. I can understand that they did not want to refund me, but the least they could have done was just allow me to take another size, they weren’t even willing to do that. I am very disappointed in Yde and don’t think I’ll be supporting them any time soon.
I returned something bought, instead of the money being refunded to me it was refunded to payflex. I escalated to payflex and even after submitting proof that I completely settled the order, it was clear that Tebogo was not at all Going to even attempt to resolve my query.
I really don't find it strange that Herotel / Bronberg has a 2.7 star rating on google, since every single time that i have worked with them, they have never showed up as a business who cares about their customers and providing the best service. I think in a time where many businesses are fighting for the same market, it is businesses like Bronberg that shocks me the most, since clearly they aren't concerned about retaining business. They were fantastic, the team that helped me was professional and went above and beyond. Will definitely use them again, no doubt.
