A vodacom contract that ended more than 2 years ago reinstated without my knowledge and the consultant from collections Gladys being rude and not helpful at all
Yesterday they went to my home address I was out and no one bothered to call me, I call and ask that they deliver to my work, and I was told that it will be delivered today 08 November 2022, I call the call centre at about 15:40 to ask when can I expect delivery, I was put on hold till it hanged up and I didn’t even get a call back, since I have been waiting for them to call the driver
hi store in menlyn, went there looking for a screen protector, found a lady by the Name of Ashley who told me that they are out of stock, I decided to look for myself and I found it and when I showed her She told me that it is not her Job to check if they have stock and that her job is to check if we are not stealing!
Driver arrives when I am at the shop and when I call to get more info I am told by Molebogeng that she can not do anything about it that is the service that was chosen by the company that was sending I am told I should just be home from 11am to 5pm and that the driver can't wait more than 5 minutes..
So instead of paying me, back my refund of my Deposit City Property is telling me I owe the R541, where is refund, I gave you enough notice as per contract.....
MTN and Samsung running a Black Friday scam, I took an upgrade on 29 November 2019 on Black Friday at Mall at Reds MTN Centurion. I was told that the phone comes with a TV and that i need to go on Samsung Members to claim it and it will take 48 hours. I did so and the only communication i received was a week later (06 December 2019) which I was told by email that I should attached the contract and TV license account number, which i did again after i had done so on 29 November. I received the same email again on the 09 December 2019, and again i forwarded my contract and tv license account number. The Samsung number 011 236 7843 doesn't go through and MTN is saying they cant assist Samsung needs to assist

An agent by the name of Vuyo called me with her personal cellphone ( ********** 337) and told me where to get off, after i told her that my wife and i will not be able to make it for the scheduled meeting. I was amazed that she even took the time to use her cellphone to be able to swear at me. made it seem like she was doing me a favour by going to receive a voucher.
I would like to thank the staff and management of Toys R Us at Mall at Reds for repairing my bounce stroller from the defaults it had. I would however advise customers to ensure that they do not throw away their till slip or Toys R Us should look into electronic slips because their policy is very strict with till slip
