Poor service from the “Bash” and Ram Couriers
If it’s possible to give a rating of -1 I would have done that. I have had several bad experiences with Ram couriers. The current negative experience is with regard to two “Bash Orders” . The order number are AAB0453423 and AAB0453417. They informed me that the order will be delivered on Thursday 14th Dec 2023. I waited the whole day for the delivery to happen . Deliveries from Takealot arrived as scheduled but the “Bash Order” delivery was “unsuccessful “‘whatever that means. I contacted them multiple times and they promised to have it delivered by today 18/12/2023. It hasn’t happened and when I try to contact them they just cut me off. Be forewarned and never order through Ram or from the Fochini group and Bash that uses Ram as there preferred courier service provider.

Excellent Telkom Fiber support
I would like to once again thank the Telkom fiber support that I received on Monday 27/11/2023. T had submitted a support request on Sunday 27/11/2023 because of poor / malfunctioning Telkom fiber services . I received an automated response with a reference number and received a call back on Monday 28/11/2023. We spent about an hour resetting my Telkom Fiber setting (telephonic support). The support officer was extremely patient and I would like to thank him and Telkom for a job well. I will recommend Telkom Fiber any time and I must say I have found Telkom support to be easily accessible and available whenever needed. ( as opposed to some other fiber providers whose names I wouldn’t like to mention). Thank you Telkom.🙏🙏

Rain Network Services extremely poor service
Terrible service. Poor support and extremely poor after sales service. After sending them 9 online support requests still no response. Use one of the other internet or fiber service providers.

Reliable store is a rip-off - Totally un-reliable
This is a warning to anybody who orders items from reliable stores. Please be advised that they are going to rip you off. I ordered a 24 volt lithium iron battery charger from them. After a long waiting period I still did not receive what I had ordered. So I decided to cancel the order and sent them an email to that effect. They responded by stating that the item had arrived and sent me an ordinary 12v lead acid battery charger. I told them that I would prefer a refund since it was the wrong item and not what I had ordered. They responded by saying that that if I was not happy I would have to return it at my expense and be penalized with a 35% penalty since as far as they were concerned it was the correct item. Don't waste your time or money with them. Rather order your items directly from Aliexpress or Banggood. They give you a full refund if you do not receive your item or if it is the wrong.

Iwyze insurance is the worst . Stay away.
Just a word of caution to any body who wants to take an insurance policy with iwyze. You will be wasting your money. It’s the worst company ever when it comes to processing your claims. I had a building i insurance with iwyze. When I had a break in I lodged a claim and they kept me waiting for two weeks. I ended up paying from my own pocket. I have now cancelled the policy. Be warned.

Very poor support and my money has disappeared.
Easy equities is a very promising Company but the support and feed back when you ask for help is very poor. They ask you to open a ticket. I opened multiple tickets but you don’t get any feed back whatsoever and you can’t even phone them or email them - they just keep telling you to open a ticket. I transferred R. 20500.00 into my trading account. It’s now 4 days and the money seems to have disappeared. When I open a ticket to find out what has happened to the money there is no response. When I send an email to help@easyequities.co.za no help is forthcoming. There are no phone numbers to phone and ask for feedback.

Keep away from Integrisure .
Moved to Integrisure from my previous insurer based on a friend recommendation. No impressed with them at all. I two cars and a house already insured with them. Tried to insure a third car but the premium was so inflated that I decided to go back to .OUTsurance. They also turned down a claim for my dish washer that had been damaged due to power surges. Extreamly rigid and disinterested in retaining their faithful customers.

Takealot is highly recommended
Takealot is a great on line store to order your needs on line. They will take back items that you are not happy with and will either refund or replace the item. The delivery of items is also very quick and efficient. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the quality is good in most instances.
