I cancelled my policy in December 2024. Reason being financial difficulties. I am currently unemployed and since my premium did not go off my account from December 2024, I assumed that the policy was truly canceled.. my premium went off my account on the 7th May 2025. The only money that my brother had sent in my account for me to buy food was debited by these rogues. When I called them I was told that a cancelation agent will call me on the 7th and the money is still with the bank and will be reversed, I called again later only to be told by another agent that my next debit is now canceled and that the current debit was tracking my account since April and as soon as funds hit my account, the debit went off.. How do you make poor people suffer for your tracking of debit order like a predator stalking it's prey.. I want my money back now
I won a prize of 1600 on the 16th January on the pop quiz.. Up until today the 14th February, I still have not received my money.. What is more upsetting is that emails go unanswered as well as calls are never ever answered.. There is this dude Thato, the producer who lies through his teeth when asked questions.. This was my favorite radio station but not anymore, 947 you cheats!!!
Disgusting Checkers Mall of the south sells Frozen Food with Mould!!!!I bought 3 x Simple truth vegan Products from Checkers Mall of the south On saturday the 22/06/2024. When we wanted to use a box of vegan sausages for breakfast on Sunday, I opened the box , only to be greeted by ROTTEN sausages inside the box. What the &^%^&.. It totally disgusted me and i could not even eat anything the whole day!! What the freaking ??? How does frozen food grow mould, Unless the freezer was not working for a while and instead of checking the stock to ensure that it is safe for consumers to eat, Checkers simply puts profit above food safety and are not even cared should a customer eat the ROTTEN THINGS that checkers sells and DIES!!! I am posting this and all the pictures that I have all over Face book and social media to warn as many people as possible NOT to buy SIMPLE TRUTH vegan items from anywhere as the SIMPLE TRUTH will possibly cause you or your family great harm

Went to celebrate my 23 year anniversary starting off woth a wimpy breakfast on the 16th April at Wimpy Carnival mall..What a terrible terrible decision I ,ade as ,y wofe wanted to go somewhere else.. The store did not offer the Vegetraian breakfast offering which i have all the time in your other branches.. Our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive.. I spoke to the manager and we agreed to make up the breakfast by me payng for each item individually.. What a disaster this was .. there were 4 of us having veg breakfast and when the melas arrived it was freaaking ice cold!!!! I was upset now and my wofe said that I should not make a scene as it was our anniversary, so i politely called the manager and told her that all our foo dwas ice cold!!! she said oh we cant do anything now becaus eit was load shedding!!! Thank you so much Wimpy for ruining what was to be a great day out celebrating our anniverasry.. NEVER AGAIN will i go to a Wimpy...Pathetic excuse for a restaurant
Went to SImply asia on Monday the 8th August at the glen branch and boy was that a mistake... I waited 10 minutes for someon eto come help me at teh counter. when a lady did arrive, she took my order and punched it on teh system. She then charged me R300.00 odd fo rthe order and did not give me a slip. Sh esaid that i can go and sit in teh food court and wait for my order.. I insisted on a slip as this is what i do wherever I go, having being fleeced of money before. She then printed my slip and lo and behold the order was R258 odd. I asked her as to why this was so and she said something feeble like oh im sorry, i did not charge you for the corn cakes.. interesting as she knew what the corn cales cost to give me th initial price of R300 odd. Strange . Dear franchisee you are being robbed at your store!!!. I then asked her about the waiting time and was told that it will be around 10 to 15 minutes. This was at 18.16. we received our order at 18:55..... almost 50 minutes later and there were only 1 other customer at the store... Pathetic service
I went to the Mall @ Carnival branch today the 06.08.2022 at around 9am. I waited at the speaker box for at least 2 minutes and kept saying hello hello but there was no response. I then drove to the pay window which was closed , so then i drove to the collect window , only to be told that no orders are taken at this window and if I want then I should come and order inside. Now if i wanted to go inside, I would have and not used the drive thru. The manager Lefu was then called who said to me that he wants the money and the order. No greeting no nothing , How rude . I then told him my situation and was going to pay with a card , but then he said that he cant process a card payment , i should come inside... I asked him where the cashier was , he said that she was counting change in the office. Now i ask you how is that my Problem??? She was not available to take a customers order because she was counting change in the office!!! what nonsense, could someone else not relieve her while she is "Counting Change" This is ridiculous service and that is the pathetic service culture that we have in this country...
Excellent service from Raees in outsurance customer care department. I had a problem with my instalment not going off my account as i admit in these trying times, there was insufficient funds and I contacted outsurance following an incident and Raees has said that if my premium goes off tomorrow(the 19th July ) then the incident will be covered! Thank you Raees. This company is great and their concern for clients is second to none
What pathetic service from FNB.. I paid off my credit card and closed the account a while ago..it still appears on my app though..my son mistakenly deposited a large sum of money into my credit card account via the ATM..as soon as I realized the error I went into the bank to rectify this as the money was supposed to be deposited into my current account...I was told to send an email to the card division explaining what happened and within 7 working days the money will be transferred to my current account... it is now 22 days later and yet still no money has been transferred and worse still I have not received a reply from my numerous emails sent to the email I was instructed to sent to...!!!!. Service or lack thereof Is pathetic.. I went into the bank yesterday and was told to call the very same department that I called 22 days ago...guess what.. I had to wait 20 minutes for a consultant to answer and then he simply hung up on me...please FNB call me and rectify my predicament... you have lost 10 customers as my family and myself will use other banking services going forward..pathetic
Went into KFC Kenilworth in Johannesburg and was not even greeted by the cashoer who was having a good old converstaion with th BOH staff. Di dnot even bother to acknowledge my presence.. when I placed my order in between her chats to teh BOH, I was charged for the wrong food items, then when i pointed this out to her, she continued her conversation with the BOH before trying to corrcet my order!!!. I then asked to speak to a manager, who came and said that she was soryy, when I told her that I am not happy, Th emanagers reply was Hai Sooga!!! What the HELL!!! i sthi sho wyou treat customers.. This incident happend on the 12 th September and to date the 26th September I di dnot get a reply from KFC at all... Its only when i calle din now again did a lady by teh name of Paulinah , The manageress at KFC call me and said that she was trying to call ma last week, she doe snot know which day or time it was !! what utter bull!!!! I asked her fo rthe franchisee number , to which she replied that she doe snot know who the franchisee is and that she does not have number!!1 what the !!! Utter disgarce from KFC ridiculous!!!!
