I wish there was zero, this is a **** they debited my account and I have never spoken to anyone from this company. I am told they can't reverse it on their side I must do it with my bank, my bank tells me to speak to them. I wonder how much they are doing a month taking people's money without their concern.
Very disappointed with African Bank, I have been battling to prove to them that I am no longer on debt review since February, I app**** for credit card with them, I was told that their records shows that I am in debt review and they need a proof that I am no longer there. I called my then debt counselor and she wrote me a letter to confirm that I also contacted NCR and the sent me a screenshot of my record with them to show that I withdrew back in 2018. I have since paid those accounts including African bank ones, but they refuse to remove the flag now they say they want the admin order certificate which I do not have because I was never under admin. African bank if you guys can't help me just tell me instead of sending me from pillar to post, I am not flagged for debt review at any credit bureau in South Africa, but African Bank will not remove the flag on their records instead they want a letter straight from NCR kante do we have Debt counselors. If you can't help just say so.
I went Lenmed Lenasia on the 10 December 2024, I was treated and went back home, I did not get any correspondence about my account, only to find that it was sent to the person who accompanied me to the hospital. I was only made aware of the account on February 3, and I immediately called ERconsulting to make a payment arrangement which was going to be active from end of February and I made a payment on the 25th of February as per arrangement. On the same day I got the email from Nudebt threatening me with a trace alert on my report, since then I receive at least 2 emails from them every second day. What's the point of making the payment arrangement if you are still going to be harassed by their lawyers. The worst part is that even after making a payment they can see that I payed but had the nerve to say even after sending me the emails I ignored them, on that email the balance was 736 and the first email the balance was 1136, that on its own tells you that the payment was made on the account, I made them aware that a payment was done on that account but I am still getting those threatening emails. How I wish the y can communicate with Nudebt about this, I tried calling ERconsuting but was told that there is nothing they can do.
I had two loans with FNB which were paid up in December 2024, I sent them the proofs of payment n my credit profile updated accordingly, I got a paid up letter for one n still waiting for the other one. My problem is I still get the messages from LWM threatening me with tracers coming to my work place. Can FNB sort out this with their lawyers please, I called the LWM n was told to ignore them but until when? Why is it so difficult to delete my profile from their system? This is so annoying.
Jet/RCS is messing up my credit record. Now my account shows that is in arrears, according to them I did not pay end of November when I have actually duplicated the payment. I payed on the 26/11/2024 and again on the 03/12/2024 using the ozow link that was sent to me. Upon realizing that the payment is not relfecting I then sent an email on the 12th to jet@collectioncentre.co.za with two proofs of payments, there was no response I then resent them again on the 14th explaining my situation. I got a response saying I have used the wrong acc and the wrong reference. The payment was made via the ozow link that was sent to me, for someone who should know how ozow link work to say that to me I was so surprised. According to my understanding from using it for my other accounts, is that the link is personalized, one just click on the link and it takes them to where you need to put your bank card details you don't even put the amount as it is already there. Then I got another email on 17/12/2024 to say my account was removed from the collections department, I was so relieved. On the 23\12\2024 I went to Jet wanting to buy something and boom my account is in arrears! They made me talk to one of the very rude colored lady from the call center who made it sounds like it is my fault that the payment is not reflecting because I chose to use the ozow link! Why would RCS send us the link and now we are blamed for using it. She told me payments take 7-14 days to be allocated, and today again I get a call + an email stating the same problem I really don't know how to explain myself anymore. Can someone please help me in this regard.
I was assisted by Nstikie and she did a great job helping me with the application, then was assisted by Omphemetse with the payment of my creditor's she also did a great job until where I was supposed to get a refund for the reserved amount. When she called to explain the contents of the contract she mentioned that the 2000 that is reserved is going to be paid back to me if not used. I had one creditor which we struggled with getting the settlement letter therefore I ended up paying it and I was told I will be getting refund for upon submitting a paid up letter plus 2000 which was reserved because my creditors were paid exactly as they appear on the contract. To my surprise a day later I only received the R200 instead of R2200. I spoke to Omphemetse about it and was told the matter was referred to her manager, still waiting its close to 2 weeks now, the 200 I got the following day, what is so difficult with the 2000. That R2000 is part of my loan I am going to pay it back therefore I want it. I hope I will get help please.
Zero service they receive your money and just ignore you. I placed an order on Saturday november 29, I got an email to say they received my order and my order number. Since then no one i saying anything I regret buying from them, their service sucks.
I had a contract with telkom back in 2019 which I finish paying in 2022, my credit was updated n it was not in my report until November 2023 the account resurfaced with the balance of 156. I called to enquire n never got an answer as to where the 156 came from, I left it like that till now when I realise that it has been handed over. Now the problem is now I decided let me just pay it n I am told I need to speak to their lawyers but every time I call to get the lawyers contacts, I am given a different number n they are not woking.
I took out a funeral policy with Nedbank a year ago and my father passed on on Monday 15 2024, I submitted my claim on the 16 using the app and was paid within 2 hours. You guys are the best, I couldn’t wait for nextweek to write this review. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
I have been paying my dstv account from my saved recipients on nedbank app, last week my services were disconnected and I called was told they dont see my payment i then sent the proof of payment nothing was done till i called the following day and was recommended. To my surprise today i am disconnected again and when I check my acc I see I have charged another reconnection fee on top of the one i was charged last which i think its not fair cos i payed on time using the same mode of payment i was using for most of the previous payment. Maybe its time to say goodbye to dstv because this is total reap off and I will not pay for something that is not my fault.
