Mr Price sport Rustenburg mall had no plastic bags or bags in the shop. I was so shocked , I have never experienced this before, luckily I only went in to buy a swimming costume for my daughter, the cashiers was so unbothered, telling me they have no bags or plastic bags. We had to walk around the mall carrying the swimming costume just like that in our hands. Had we bought more than one item , what could have this looked like. Get your shop in order please.
I sent my brother to buy cupcakes at this store Cake Zone Rustenburg, they were on special , I met my brother outside the shop right at the door, and noticed that he bought chocolate and I wanted red velvet I went in the shop and asked them to exchange the cupcakes for me , they said they can’t as he had already left the shop. I asked why is that a problem as he was just at the door and the cupcakes were still sealed and not opened, with an attitude that lady said they can’t exchange. I asked to see the manager, the manager was on the phone we waited for her and waited and she asked what is the problem my brother explained , she said they can’t exchange as they have to call head office. I have never experienced such horrible service, I have exchanged food before as long as they are sealed, what I experienced at this shop is appalling , I will never buy from this shop again , I will make sure my friends and family don’t buy from this shop too. Those cupcakes were not even fresh that is why they were on special for R11.
Vuyani the restaurant manager at Garden court umhlanga, thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. My family and I were coming from North West Rustenburg and the other group from Northern Cape, we were 24 in total. I called in and booked for breakfast buffet which ends at 10 am, our group from Rustenburg made it in time for breakfast , we were welcomed by Vuyani who walked us to a private room as we were a large group, he was very friendly and welcoming. The group from Northern Cape arrived late as we experienced accidents on our way there. We pleaded with Vuyani and asked him to extend breakfast time for them, he agreed and as soon as they arrived after 10 he welcomed them, and told them to have a feast. We ate without being rushed. The staff was also accommodating and friendly. This was on a Friday we came back again the following day on a Saturday for breakfast because of the great service we received. Thank you so much Vuyani and the restaurant staff. Next time we are in Durban we will definitely book the hotel. ❤️

I made a 1 month loan with Wonga of R2000 on the 2nd of May 2024 as soon as the loan was credited in my account a debit order of R1800 from Wonga went off. I tried to reverse it with my bank but failed so I contacted Wonga customer care on Saturday the 4th of May, they said their system was offline I must call after 10 , I called after 10 , no pick up. I sent emails to their customer care and collections department no reply. Today on Monday the 6th of May , I contact Wonga , the person who was assisting me sounded so tired and was busy yawning, my airtime ran out and he did not call me back. It was the 2nd time making a loan with Wonga , I will never do it again. They are so ***********.
I approached legal and tax with an issue I had with an FET college in Rustenburg, I completed a course and was not given a certificate after completing. Legal and Tax was not able to assist me, they said they will and approached the collage, but they just stopped continuing with the case, till today I still don’t have the certificate, my husband continues to pay them and has been doing so for years. We cannot experience challenges like this that needs legal action and not receive assistance from them. I think it’s time we stop paying and seek assistance else where.
My husband went to Incredible Connections Rustenburg Waterfall Mall branch, on the 27th of September to get an Apple iPhone 12 for our daughter. My husband's Telkom contract was due for upgrade, but he was told that Apple iPhones are out of stock in South Africa, they are waiting for stock. He then decided to go check at Incredible Connection, he was told they don't have the phone at the shop, but they will request it from another branch, and it will be couried to their Rustenburg Waterfall branch and will be available on the 30th of September. Two weeks later today, the store manager Ronald, has been coming up with excuses, when my husband contacted him asking for feedback, he first said the phone has been couried he can't track it, he then said he is calling the branch and did not get back to my husband. Today the 11th of October, we decided to go to the shop, he said he still has not heard anything from the branch, he disappeared for about 20 minutes, saying that he is making a phone call. He came back and said that the courier man, returned the phone back to the store as he was not given the address for the Rustenburg store. Which other incredible connection branch is there in Rustenburg as this is the only one????? The excuses we are getting from this store manager are pathetic, he clearly sold us a phone knowing very well, Apple iPhone are out of stock in South Africa as Telkom was honest enough to inform us. He told us the phone will be couried again and will arrive on Thursday the 13 of October. We hope this is the truth, we regret going to this store and getting our daughter's hopes up. We could have waited like Telkom advised us to. I hope this issue will be sorted on the 13th.
I went to Vodacom Rustenburg waterfall mall on the 1st of August for an upgrade, I was assisted but the iphone 11 I wanted was not available at the shop so they had to order it. Today is the 11th of August , still no phone delivered. I’m not happy , I’m actually thinking of canceling the contract and going to Telkom. This is poor customer service.
<p>In August i contacted Cell c to cancell my month to month contract that i had with them, i paid the remaining balance and it was already reflecting when i called to cancel the contract as they confirmed that the account has been paid up, i even called the next day to confirm that it is indeed cancelled and it was confirmed, so now why are you still debiting my account, im spending a lot on reversal charges reversing ur debit order, you need to act and conduct your business in an honest manner or you will loose more clients , im considered taking legal action as I cancelled the contralled and you have nobright to debit my account </p>
<p>In my previous review i wrote about , Branch manager from Truworths Phokeng mall who refused to take the shoes i was returning and said they are dirty and have been worn, Truworths online team then called her and she lied and said something abt the price tags being moved and the shoes were dirty, to prove that she is a liar and knows nothing about client service i went to Truworths waterfall mall , the shoes were exchange without any fuss, this branch continues to give the best service i dont know y i went to Phokeng mall in the first place , its branch managers like the one at phokeng mall that will make u loose customers Truworths . Mark my words!</p>
