was having an account with home I skipped two payment but they submitted my name to credit bureau and they took my account to MDB Attorneys. The account was paid up in july 2017 . They are quick to take my name on credit bureau but they cannot did not clear my name on credit bureau now I was applying for a bond and today my application was declined because of home choice as they did not update my records on credit bureaus. I am so disappointed as I need a house very desperately now I cannot get a house because of them.
i am the client of Nedbank and I have a cheque account with them. in 2016 and early January 2017 was applying for a bond they declined by application due to credit bureau and I was adviced to pay all those accounts but now I stayed. Since February 2017 I was busy fixing and paying my account and all the account are paid up and I sent all the paid up letters to credit bureau to update my records accordingly and the confirmed that all disputed accounts are closed and they also sent me new credit report as proof that all account are paid up and closed. At the present moment I don't have a default or a judgement or an account that is in arrears but still Nedbank declined my application saying that my account conduct was not good. On my mind that means Nedbank will not give me a bond approval because how I was conducting my account previously without considering that all accounts are paid up and closed and I was conducting my account well for six months. I am so disappointed by Nedbank and from end of this month of November I am going to take my account to other banks who can consider and value me as their trusted customer as I am not a valued customer at Nedbank. I am do desperate for a house as I have no stable place to stay but they always declined my application and they cant even give me a credit but I have a cheque account with them not even a savings account.
<p>I have 2006 account with African Bank and blacklisted by them. My loan was R9000 but because of interest fees now it is R17 000. Now i want to clear my name for being blaklisted i requested the settlement or discount for this account. They said i must pay this amount as it is as there is no discount for it. As far as i know when u want to settle the account there must be a settlement amount if u want to finish the account. Now i call African bank several times and also sent emails to them but they do not call me back instead they sent me an email to telling me that my query was escalated to legal department,it has been two weeks now waiting for their responce and no one is willing to assist me regarding the settlement amount for my account as i want to clear my name from credit beureu, i cannot afford to pay R17000 they must give a discount. i even responded to them and i ask them as to how does the legal department to respond to the emails sent 2weeks ago? but still no one responded to that.</p>
<p>yesterday i requested my credit report form ITC it reflects that i am owing multi choice an outstanding amount of R744.00 for the year 2010/04/27.i felt very frustrated byt this because my DSTV is up to date and is even active. As far as i know DSTV cannot be active if you owe multichoice they disconnet it immediately and it will not be connected without payment. This reflects bad on my credit record. i tried calling them but you keep on holding after their phone disconects itself. I need multichoice to clean my name within 24 hours because i am owing them nothing why do they have to list my name as if i am owing them. they are spolining my name and my credit report because of their fauls accusations of unknown outstanding amount. I need answers too regarding this.</p>
<p>I took a car insurance with IWYZE in 2014 but i cancelled my policy with with them in 2014. Yesterday i requested my credit report from ITC it reflects that i owe IWYZE R769.00. As far as i know if u dont pay for your insurance therefore your car will be not covered and if u dont pay for 2 mnths they automatically cancel your policy. I woul like to know which money do i owe them?that makes them put my name on ITC. I am so angry and frustrated by their false accusations and that spoli my name on credit bureau.</p>
<p>I deposited R1000 at Vosloorus Shoprite money market on the 26th May 2016 for my friend that i was owing but when my friend went to withdraw this money was already withdrawn by an unknown person at Shoprite Pretoria North at 7.44 time. I fail to understand the time this Cashier who made a payout for this money because shoprite opens at 8h00 on daily basis but my money was withdrawn before the shop opens. I went to enquire at Vosloorus were i deposited the money but they couldnt answer to my query instead they told me to go to SAPS to open the case just like that. I am so dissapointed by loosing such an amount of money. I went to open a case indeed at Vosloorus SAPS but they transfered my file to Pretoria North SAPS because they said is the place were the fraudulent was done.Vosloorus Shoprite and Pretoria North Shoprite are responsible for my money.</p>
I took a contract with intellicell in November 2015 a ZTE phone. i signed an agreement of the debit order to be deducted on 25th of each month as i am getting paid on this day. But Intellicell do not stick to our agreement they deduct on their own dates as long as my account have the money.on the 18 February 2016 Intellicell debited R299 again on my account. i tried calling their customer service dpt and i was assisted by Shane.When i ask her why is Intellicel deducting on my account on any day they decide to deduct but not an agreement date of which is the 25th of each month. Shane told me she doesnt have any idea as to why intellicel deduct during the month. Then i requested her to transfer my query to the manager to assist me since she said she doesnt know why sudden deduction are happening into my account she said she is not been able to transfer calls but she will instruct finance department people to contact me and no1 contacted me as she promised. i requested her to give me her name and surname but she refused to give me her surname. im so disapointed by her service. i stil need an answer from intellicel as to why they deduct at any time not accoriding to our aggreement
I feel very disturbed and angry for this financial institution. It doesnt want to grant me a loan. on their website the have done a false advertisement on their closing date of bursaries. The noted the closing date was 30 november 2015 but whe i applied for my son on the 5th of november they told me that the closing was 30 October for University of Johannesburg where my son is currently studying. Today the again advertised that u can apply online of which their system kicks u out.on 2014 i applied and i did not get any responde from them. i needed a bursary for a 2nd year of study at UJ but i struggle to get a bursary or a loan from NSFAS why? i really want know as how get i get a NSFAS bursary or loan?why do they close for bursaries and loans the same time?why do the write false closing dates knowing that that is not their correct date?i really need a study loan or a bursary from NSFAS and i dont what must one exactly have in order to qualify.
Hello Peter<br> <br> i am so depressed about standard bank situation. i am banking with them and i am their client too and i also have my late estate of my father account with them too. i applied for a study loan for my sone several times and they declined the application and they didnt even tell me the reason for that. Even if i am blacklisted but it is my son who applied for the loan.they have two options of loans:1 study loan that must be paid after the student is finished with the studies.<br> 2. study loan that must be paid by the person who is the gudian of the child. He chose option number1 but the study loan was declined because of the mothers credit score.why do they do they penalise the childs future because of the parent bad credit?i can afford the study loan because it is my sons future and the account that blacklisted i am paying it very well its just that they do not update their database.can standard bank consider my affordability so that my son can get a study loan?
Hello Peter<br> <br> I am really depressed about Edu-loan. i applied for an edu-loan for my son who is studying at UJ.Edu-loan declined my application because of credit. what i would like to know from them is that why do they not consinder my affordability instead of checking my credit score? i believe that education is important and it is the future but they declined the study loan for my son because as the mother is blacklisted but the son is not blacklisted why can he be not granted a study loan?How can the son be penalised for the parent credit rating?that means he will never get study loan as long as parents are blacklisted? edu-loan this not fair because you are killing the childs future.as long as i can afford to pay why can i not be granted a chance to pay my sons study loan?<br>
