I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ticketpro. On the 10th, I purchased tickets through their platform, but never received them, despite the full amount being deducted from my bank account. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting Ticketpro, but to my frustration, there is no accessible customer service line to call. I then attempted to use their live chat feature, where I was briefly connected to an agent who did not assist me and abruptly ended the conversation without resolving my issue. I spent hours trying to sort this out with no success, which ultimately forced me to purchase new tickets just to avoid missing the event. This is completely unacceptable. I also sent a detailed email explaining the situation, yet days have passed with absolutely no response, no follow-up, and no refund. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I expect urgent feedback, a full refund for the tickets I never received, and a proper explanation as to how this situation will be prevented in future.

After a rain canceled T20 game on the 3 Jan we were promised a refund for tickets purchased within 7-14 working days. It has now been 3 months and I am still waiting for a refund. The lack of communication is ridiculous. Very disappointed!

I thought that I was an isolated case regarding the refund from ticketpro for the Betway match (03 Jan 2026). They don't have a contact number and I keep getting the generic replies. Will have to take this up with NCC and take it from there now

Been 3 months waiting for Refund keep on sending emails keep on getting replies asking for the same things !! Getting ridiculous. Really put a bad taste on them for me I won’t ever be attending any event that is run by them!! I think best bet would be to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman or the NCC !! ****** *******

The 14th working day was then 5 February 2026 Currently today 17 February 2026 I have yet to receive the refund or feedback from TicketPro?

TicketPro does NOT refund as promised! Please provide feedback with regards to the refund? As per mail received on 16 January 2026 I was to allow 7-14 working days for refund to reflect. The 14th working day was then 5 February 2026 Currently today 17 February 2026 I have yet to receive the refund or feedback from TicketPro?

Initially I was very impressed that Ticketpro committed to a refund for the SA 20 match 3 January @ Centurion but currently I feel that they are not honoring their promises. We received an email short after the game was cancelled to confirm we wil be getting a refund. And then later an apology for the delay en that the process will be completed within 7-14 working days. This has passed long ago we are on 32 working days after this game has been cancelled. There is no way to get in contact with them. They do not respond to email sent to info@ticketpro. They do not have a telephone line you can contact them on. Some people has received their refunds a long time back. I was patient to receive mine but I am losing patience and hope. They owe me R1480.

I booked tickets for the sa20 game at kingsmead the game was however called off due to increment weather i received an email from ticketpro requesting documents and proof of tickets so they can proceed with the refund. The documents was sent the very instant however its been over a month and I still did not receive my refund. I sent numerous emails afterwards to follow up on the delay but never got a response. I tried calling in aswell only to be informed that ticketpro does not accept calls. This is very unprofessional and ********* to wait almost 2 months just to get a refund and also not to be provided any feedback whatsoever
