I bought an item that was on special online, it was a present to my Husband. The item was small so I went to exchange it at Totalsports wonderpark mall, I was told I cannot exchange an item that is on special. I don't a want a refund

I bought a jacket for my husband just last weekend, this Sunday he had it on and somehow it ripped/melted but there is now a big hole in the jacket and it cannot be worn. This is a outdoor jacket, that was R899.99 almost a thousand rand and it got damaged so easily no wonder people resort to buying on temu and Shein because the South African stores have horrible quality and even worse customer service, went to the store and they staff tood in a circle and all decided that they will not be refunding me. When I eventually send an email to customer service they confirmed the matter was sent to the store and it closed now. The same store that refused to refund us, why is there the existence of an escalation process if it just gets sent to the same poorly serviced stores. I am urging everyone and will make it my mission to urge people to not buy at total sport!! When we spoke to family and friends, we heard stories about the most horrible stories!!!! This goes to show they do not value quality nor do they value customers or customer service.

I am truly hurt by the treatment I got at totalsports Alex Mall by a guy Thando that ****med me in to a subscription that I did not ask for,I asked to pay for my account and was shocked of the slips when a read it was a subscription wow and NO TOTALSPORT DO NOT **** US PLEASE!!!

Totalsport Sammy Marks Pretoria 😠😠😠😠 Dad bought me Nike shoes so size was too small I went to the store today after receiving my gift to do a refund so I get my different shoe here what happened three ladies at cash dask doing cash up before 7pm me and other two customers were instore and I was the one at the cash dask I sent a receipt to one lady who work instore other two ladies they were busy saying can't do refund. My question is this how staff treat customers when they do refund.. That why we no no longer visit store because of service they are giving us... Totalsport Sammy Marks customer service is so bad.. Now I have to celebrate my birthday with shoes on me

I went to the Sportscene store at Dwarsloop. I was looking for gloves. The, salesperson there ordered for me on BASH apparently, and went and collected the item which was too small, i was then sent to exchange at Totalsports Bushbuckridge which is a bit of a stretch from my house. I sent my mom since I was at work. She got there and was told they needed my debit card for refund, which I used for payment. I then drove to Totalsport myself. When I got there they told me I couldn't exchange and needed to call Bash myself and make the arrangement. What is this service? Why the ups and downs with my petrol? Why was the message not told to my mom yesterday? And why must i call Bash myself if they ordered on my behalf?

I am extremely disappointed with the management at Totalsports Cape Gate. I found a jacket the TS KB MNS Studio-Tech Hoody - XL clearly marked on the rack for R269.99, but it scanned at the till for, and displayed on the receipt at R699.00. Despite showing the staff the price tag, I was met with four different staff members who all but 1 of them refused to honor the displayed price, claiming "the system won't allow it." This is a direct violation of Section 23 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which states that the displayed price must be honored. Instead of fixing their error, the manager forced a refund (the last for digits on the Receipt are - Tran No:4211; Orig no:4210). I have the refund receipt as proof and have escalated this to TFG Head Office. I expect Totalsports to honor the legal price and contact me to resolve this.

Hi Totalsport, I recently purchased TS Womens Astra Project Chocolate leggings and bra top. I have worn this item once and the rubber of the elastic of the top top is loose already. I had images for show. I do not have a slip, the item was recorded on my TFG rewards card 6277430011156224060. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

This happened at the Vaal mall branch I can underststand this shop only opens at 9 the door was half way open i wnted to get a new card at the Tyme bank machine instead i was turned away to Pick and Pay but Pick and Pay does not have a Tyme Bank teller anymore at Pick and Pay they turned me away to Totalsports where i just came from. My point as they are almost open nothing prevented them from helping me
