I ordered stuff on line on Saturday to collect at store to date no OPT received as per store to release parcel , This also happen last month as requested delivery I waited 5 days eventually I went to the store to collect , I had to wait at least 20 minutes as the staff had to track the parcel, This is not acceptable, I would like to cancel the order and get a full refund as I have already bought the items from Dis chem-order nbr 260523-801-0266

Clicks pharmacy medicross pretoria west,are *****ualent, they cause prescriptions to dissapear, causing patients to have to pay again fir a prescription from the Dr,when a new perscriotion are received fir repeat medication,they stop the last medicine to be received,there are dates on the perscriotions,we as customers pay for the services,staff are not taking it into consideration,then the last of the 6 months perscriotion are refused then a patient must wait another month fir the new perscriotion,then the patient us 2 months with out the prescribed medicine,and the fact that they pre pack the medicine fir pick up but dont tell the patient to pick up the medicine,uts claimed from the medical aid,but either taken fur them selves,or put it back on the shelves,even with stickers, due to they just stick a new sticker over the claimed medicine,thus is their procedure, I've complained to them about my sleeping pills that dissapeared,but was claimed, it's medicine *****,it costed me R1300 for consultation fees,R1050 for perscriotion fees ,and was billed for 7 months of perscriotion sleeping pills on my medical aid if R100 each,and still gotten away with this *******ion.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Clicks. I placed an order on 7 May, and the items were never delivered. I reported the issue and was assisted by Adam Hendricks (Clicks Group Customer Service Consultant), however the assistance I received was not helpful and did not resolve my issue. To date: * My item has still not been delivered * I have not received any cashback/refund * There has been no meaningful feedback or resolution Despite following up multiple times, I am not getting any proper assistance, and it feels like this matter is being ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase refunds for items that were never delivered. I expect: 1. Immediate processing of my refund/cashback 2. Urgent resolution of this matter 3. Improved accountability from customer service If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. Very disappointing experience.

My wife was disrespected by a manager of Clicks Phola Mall, she sent someone to go collect pampers which she bought yesterday and forgot them at Clicks, the lady had a till slip but the manager refused to give her the pampers, He ended uttering ****** and tribalistic words ( where He said Ndebele's are stubborn) I want Clicks to deal with bully and we want refund for the money used for transport.

I am not happy with the service I received at Vryburg Clicks Branch Pharmacy. I went to check if my mom's medication was ready for collection and the lady that assisted me was very rude and screamed at me like I am an idiot who cannot read. This was the first time I have received such a horrific experience at Clicks, the way that lady looked down on me it was like I was not even fit to be there in the first place. I am rather very disappointed at how she failed at the Treating customer fairly principle. By screaming at me, everyone already knew why I was there, no confidentiality, and also she failed to show empathy. I am a Manager in a customer orientated company and this is the first of it's kind that I have come across. I am rather hurt than disappointed. I felt humiliated

I am not happy with the service I received at Vryburg Clicks Branch Pharmacy. I went to check if my mom's medication was ready for collection and the lady that assisted me was very rude and screamed at me like I am an idiot who cannot read. Worst call centre for customer service. I purchased online with a promise from them that the delivery takes 1-2 working days. I’m now on day and haven’t received my order. That order contained things that I needed urgently. When I called the call centre the coloured ladies working there were so rude. I’ll never buy from clicks ever again. The monthly budget goes towards my toiletries will never go to clicks anymore. I’m waiting for that as soon as it gets here I’m taking it to the store I want my full refund. I won’t be using any of the staff
